Dear 整體不錯,We are thrilled to hear that you were happy with our property and the service that we provide. Regarding the housekeeping, I am sorry to hear that we failed to communicate the frequency. As is stated on our website a service clean is available every second day, for stays of over four nights a full clean of the room is included. This is the standard across similar self-contained style accommodation in Hokkaido Ski Resorts, although we will certainly look into ways to communicate this better going forward.
