Tropical Pearl by Atlantic Holiday

Welcome to Tropical Pearl by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable apartment in Funchal, Madeira, offering a convenient base for couples, families or friends exploring the island.



The apartment accommodates up to four guests and includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and all bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and other useful cooking items. A washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with TV box, baby cot and high chair are also available.



Private parking is available in the building, although the parking space is small. Free public parking can also be found on the surrounding road, subject to availability.



The location makes it easy to enjoy several nearby attractions on foot. Praia Formosa Beach and its scenic promenade are approximately a 15-minute walk away, while the Ponta Gorda Pools can be reached in around 25 minutes. Forum Madeira shopping centre, including Pingo Doce supermarket, is also about 15 minutes away on foot. Several restaurants and bus stops are located within a short walking distance.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
