Funchal Infinity, a Home in Madeira

Funchal Infinity is a cosy apartment ideal for families and groups of up to four people.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building next to Barreiros Stadium.

The apartment has an area of approximately 84 m² and comprises two bedrooms with double beds (1.6 x 2.0 m), a living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies with sea views and private parking in the building's basement.

The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



PLEASE PAY ATTENTION:

The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well packaged.

The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when travelling around the island.

Cleaning is carried out before guest arrival and then weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.



LOCATION

The apartment is located in the amphitheatre of Funchal next to Barreiros Stadium.

Next to the building entrance there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and 200 metres away there is a restaurant.

It is 1.1 km from Continente supermarket, 1.8 km from Lido Swimming Complex, 2.4 km from Funchal Marina and 3 km from Lavradores Market.

There are bus stops next to the building and there is easy car access to the main roads of Funchal and the motorway to explore the island.



CONDITIONS

1. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance that covers cancellations or other unforeseen events that may prevent the stay.

2. If you have special needs, allergies or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking to confirm that the accommodation is suitable and so that we can take the necessary measures.

3. Parties and behaviour that disturb neighbours are not permitted, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, a period during which neighbourhood noise is legally prohibited.

4. An online form will be sent to collect guests' identification data, in compliance with legal obligations, as well as the expected time of arrival and means of transport. The form must be submitted up to two days before arrival.

5. In-person check-in is done by prior appointment. We wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time and, if this time is exceeded, it may be necessary to schedule a new time.

6. Upon arrival, guests may be asked to present an identification document and to provide any missing identification data.

7. So that we can resolve any problems promptly, defects, incidents or cleaning failures should be reported immediately during the stay. Communications made after check-out may not be subject to verification and resolution.
