Comfortable and near Funchal - Barreiros IV

This property offers three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, balcony, and private bathroom with shower; a double bedroom; and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower shared by all areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area. The spacious living room is divided into a living area and a dining area, and opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. The accommodation can host up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The building is located on the roadside, close to a public bus stop, bakeries, and restaurants, and offers two private parking spaces.

AREA
The residential area features several commercial spaces, including cafés, pastry shops, snack bars, a mini market, and a bakery next to the building. The property is a 7-minute drive from Funchal’s city center and close to the expressway for easy access to other parts of Madeira. Nearby attractions include Quinta Magnólia Garden, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park, the CR7 Museum, and the Baltazar Dias Theatre.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
