Spring break vacation 2024
We rented this place to be able to have time to visit a friends daughter who just had baby. The place was clean and neat. We really enjoyed this place. The only drawbacks were washing machine had a very loud noise when it ran, which was reported to the maintenance guy on Thursday when he came in to take out trash. Also, he did not called or let us know he would be coming in, which was a bit of a shock since my wife was doing work at that time and saw a random guy in the back yard. And the drinking glasses can not be clean by dishwasher, when we put one to get clean it cracked. But other than that the place was great, close to anything we needed and safe.

Loved our stay
We loved our stay at this location. It was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were much welcomed even on a few rainy days in March! The check in process was a bit much as we felt like we were signing a ton of documents and verifying our identity, but this is perhaps because we made our reservation about a week before our stay and they wanted to make sure we were not doing anything fraudulent- I guess that happens... Overall, we loved our time there and didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Would do that again!.... but for longer
First time using the VRBO platform and had a wonderful experience. The house was wonderful headquarters for all family dynamics. It was also a short drive to disneyland. Easy to navigate to and close to all amenities. Will definitely book for the next disneyland trip.

Very nice little getaway
We stayed here for our Disneyland trip. Place was very nice and clean. Pool was also kept clean. Very close to Disneyland and very close to a lot of storea for your everyday needs. Highly recommend.

Needs some attention
We had a nice stay but i will say stuff like thw towels and blankets could be replaced and some deep cleaning. The door alarm to pool area was super annoying and i could barely reach it to turn off and my friend couldnt reach it at all so thats a issue. And too many rules it really made us all feel uneasy

Well appointed property
The property was as well presented as I have ever seen in holiday rentals. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay up to expectations. The pool was crystal clear and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Strongly recommend.

Perfect Disney Gettaway
Property is close enough to Disney property for easy access (12 minute drive), and far enough removed to take a break from the chaos. Kids and parents loved the private pool and game room. Tons of restaurants in close proximity. Great place to stay for a week.

Unable to use swimming pool after 10pm. Too many bugs around the house. Restrooms didn't have any towels holders!

Private and pleasant place for a family vacation
We really enjoyed staying here for a week, visiting theme parks and beaches. It was super close to Disneyland. The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pool and spa for hours. It felt very private. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The only minor quibble was slow Wi-Fi, which made streaming TV kinda annoying, so we stuck with the provided cable. We would certainly stay here again!

April Stay
The home is beautiful and clean with well stocked kitchen supplies, linens, towels, pool toys, laundry needs and baby car items. The pool was great and we all slept very comfortably. The only thing that was frustrating was not having been given the gate code and thinking that the door code to the house was all we needed. It delayed us getting in while we searched for a different door to put a code in. The property managers are very quick to respond tho and got us the code we needed. Only other feedback I’d say is if you can add a crib sheet to the linens for the pack-n-play. Otherwise we could come again!

Truly home away from home ...
Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for spring break. We wanted a home in a quiet neighborhood with a pool & hot tub. We visited Disney for 2 days, which is about 10-15 minutes away. We also visited Universal, Santa Monica and LA, and those are all a good hour away. All is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need. We stopped at Super Walmart and picked up our groceries for the week. There are tons of stores and places to eat nearby. Expressway is close and easy to get to. The property manager was easily accessible and good with communicating by text, and phone. Instructions were clear. The house itself was updated and comfortable to sleep & stay in. We've stayed at a lot of rental homes through the years and this one ranks at the top. The pricing is very fair for what you get and they work hard to make your stay good. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be about the child safety alarm on the back door. This is an excellent setup if you have little kids; however, we had teens and adults. There is no way to disconnect the alarm for visitors that don't need it. In our case, we set the alarm off quite a few times, even when we pressed the bypass button (if you don't press it hard enough). Maybe that is a CA state law, I'm not sure but the alarm is very hard on the ears and I would imagine to the neighbors, too. We would absolutely rent from these owners again. Thank you for a great stay away from our home!

Updated Old House
Located off busy road but privacy was not an issue (outside locked gate prior to locked entry to the house). Obvious old house with updates (flooring could use repairs/updating, pipes are old). Furnishings and appliances were nice, appreciated the extra air mattress to accommodate our group. Located close to Disneyland. Could use an updated dryer (had to run constantly because it did not dry quickly). Having said that, having extra towels would have been appreciated. Pool alarm was a challenge due to height of some occupants (adults). Game room and pool space were nice to have with kids (loved the supplied kids life vests and pool toys). Overall the house was nice and an easy drive to Disneyland.

Nice quiet home
We stayed here 10 days. Was a nice home! Had enough beds with couch for our party of 8. Little short on kitchen towels, dishcloths and washcloths. The pool and hot tub were fabulous with colorful lights! The pool alarm was really loud. So annoying when you would forget to push the button or run out of time! We are all adults with a 17 yr old. I really think they need to look at the ages of tenants and disable for older people. I understand for young kids, but we really did not need it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation accommodation!
Clean, updated house with amenities exactly as described. Pool is not gated but the door to the pool area has a safety alarm with a bypass button at adult height. Once you figure it out, it’s easy. Very close to Disney, restaurants, grocery and shopping. Definitely worth taking an Uber from this property to Disneyland. The house is quite near a main road but wasn’t an issue.

Home with a pool
Nice home great for families. The pool is alarmed and very secure. Property management was easy to communicate with. Just a short ride to Disneyland. The kitchen and laundry were appreciated as we traveled with children.

Awesome stay
This recently renovated house was great. Very spacious. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. The best part was the very nice pool and jacuzzi. My only request would be for towel racks/hangers for both the pool and bath towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is amazing
I am so glad we booked this place. I felt it was a safe place to stay and the home was secured. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. It came with everything we needed. The game room was very fun and the pool was the cherry on top. It was clean, and the perfect temperature. We stayed there while we went to Disneyland (it’s about a 10-15 drive) but should have stayed longer so we can have a full day just enjoying the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

It was nice.
If your going to Disneyland and gone all day you can’t use the spa at night after 10:00. We didn’t even use the pool because of the hours. We were sitting soaking our feet in the spa and not talking because didn’t want to make noise, just soak our tired feet. I got 2 text messages of noise. We weren’t even talking.? That was the only disappointment.

Beautiful Home
House was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you would need to make a meal. Only thing missing would be tin foil, cling wrap, etc. Pool was warm and hot tub got hot fast! A very nice stocked box with life jackets and puddle jumpers for little ones and a few toys and plenty of high end pool towels. The only things needed would be a broom and a place to hang bath towels! The roof constantly has shingle debris falling onto the ground around the pool and no matter what you do you track it into the house. Hauling a vacuum out every time is a hassle. Also, a mat on the outside and inside of the door leading to the pool would be helpful to stop this. The drive to Disney even in heavy traffic was 15-18 minutes tops! Walmart near by for shopping and plenty of great restaurants near with delivery. Would 100% stay here again.

This property provided everything we needed as a family for a real vacation. I wanted a pool and a hot tub. The property was clean as advertised. All the amenities of home including all the cooking gidgets and gadgets you could need. The owners provided PFDs for all the little kids. We really appreciated this effort. We were close to most everything we wanted and had a nice quiet stay. The only thing we could not initially figure out was why gates were locked and why pool gates were locked. As homeowners ourselves we can understand as investors you wouldn’t want people destroying a home. A key was advertised for pool access but we could not find it. The bypass for the pool door was nice but it was very loud; however, also necessary.. Once we figured out the bypass issue it was fine. Thank you for a great home away from home. If we make it back we’d like to stay again. I can see this place being booked extensively in the future.
