Everything is new and fully equipped with gas bbq stove oven ets. Astonishing vie to the ocean. 5min walk to the beach (steep although) very nice owner and cleaning stuff "

"Rustic and perfect little house in the middle of a tropical garden. Gorgeous ocean views. I spent most of my time on the porch relaxing in the hammock and enjoying the tropical surroundings. This little house provided a peaceful end to our vacation. "

"Timothy was very welcoming. The synopsis of the vrbo was a bit inaccurate. No private parking as stated. No hot tub as stated. The music was so loud but I guess we were warned about that. Being right on the water was certainly a plus. The living area was a bit small for the six of us but overall Tim’s place was an okay vrbo. "
