The Admiral Peary Inn is clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well appointed. The location in Fyeburg was close to many attractions and points of interest. Cheryl is a great host. She is knowledgable, helpful, and caring. The breakfasts were exceptional. We really had a restful and pleasing stay, and we intend to return.

Great place to stay, with any amenitie you can think of. Should let seniors know that there is a steep set of stairs to the upper rooms.

This Inn is in a great location! It's on a quiet street, but close to North Conway, the White Mountains and Bridgton, ME. The building was beautiful and immaculately decorated and very clean. The only reason for 4 starts instead of five stars were that the dynamics with some other guests were difficult. There was a lot of noise in the hallways, including yelling and arguing, until late at night and I feel a stronger staff presence might have mitigated that.

Our stay was fine. Liked the bed and the space was quiet. Ameneties were great (library, common areas). Bathroom was cramped and bedroom had few horizontal surfaces for guest items that weren't cluttered with decor (a common issue we often see with B&Bs). We would happily stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Found the home to be very authentic and interesting. Lots of space and the outdoor area was wonderful. Clean room, with lots of extras in the room from a Roku TV to wine glasses. Nice host as well, who went out of her way in assisting us with our needs. AC worked excellent during that hot spell. A+!

We stayed at the Admiral Peary Inn during Columbus Day weekend. The property was charming, and Cherri was welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, we booked a room with a king bed through Expedia, but were assigned a room with a queen. We also had no hot or even warm water in the shower. Cherri was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast and access to another room to shower the following morning, which we appreciated. However, I believe guests should receive the room category they booked and paid for. My recommendation to future guests would be to confirm room type directly with the property before arrival, especially when booking through a third-party website. Although we appreciated the host’s efforts to accommodate us, the room discrepancy was never satisfactorily resolved. Despite these issues, we appreciated the hospitality and hope that the reservation discrepancies can be prevented in the future.

Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes.

I paid to stay at a bed and breakfast. Well there was no breakfast. There wasn't a single person in the building. There was no staff present. Our shower in the Florence room literally had no pres sure. The only person that could wash their hair would be a bald person and the bathroom sink. The hot water just dribbled out. There was two different faucets, one for one for cold which is never a good thing so I'm really confused. The house is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are weird.

Like everything about it , rooms were spacey comfortable clean and privacy , each room had its own bathroom ,the hostess Cheryl made a great breakfast ,enjoyed the conversation and then Cheryl left us to our own to enjoy the morning

This place has a rich history that you feel when staying here. Cheryl left us a hand written note giving us clear instructions for our stay there. The breakfast was good and she was very attentive.

We loved the inn. Our room was clean and cozy. The mattress was just right for both of us. When we had questions, we were able to text with a friendly staff member. It was really neat that a binder full of information about the inn and the community was left for us to peruse.

This is an amazing spot. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved all the decorations for Halloween. Lots of time and effort put into the decor and up keep of this beautiful Inn. Breakfast was truly superb. Enjoyed visiting with other guests at the Breakfast Table. We have already booked another stay in November. Keith and Gretchen, the owners, were very accommodating and delightful to visit with.
