"Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again."

"Celebrated our Anniversary here during the Blueberry Festival! Easy access and just a few steps away to all the great restaurants and shopping! The apartment is well appointed and clean. Great balcony to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon sunsets."

"This loft is a nice size and was perfect for us. During the weekdays, I was there alone with our dog and felt very safe. The pool is as pretty as it looks in the pictures! The property managers were friendly and responsive. This studio apartment is on a large property just outside of town. Easy to get to the great restaurants and cute shopping in Mount Dora as well as quite a few parks and hiking trails. Our dog had as good of time as I did as there was lots of room for taking walks and playing...

"Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to town. Too cold to enjoy the pool but it looked lovely. Things that need attention...The kitchen could use a few more essentials 😀 The freezer needs defrosted and the vanity in the bathroom needs light bulbs."

"Vrbo lists this as a one bedroom one bath. In reality it’s a studio in a small house that’s been poorly converted to a duplex. The walls are thin. You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. It was poorly converted and only 1/2 of the already small space is air conditioned. This is not a locally owned property. They required me to download a completely different app for...
