"This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!"

"We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...

"We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable"

"It is always a shot in the dark on if a property is going to be exactly what you expect. And especially if the beds are going to be comfortable, and if the pillows will be decent. "Nick and Rachel were very communicative. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful! It is centrally located with just short uber rides to get to all of our destinations. The unit itself was clean, welcoming, and met all of our needs. It has a vintage feel that worked so well in the space. There are small touches all around to make it feel like a home. I highly recommend this property! "

"First Girls Trip to Joplin and really didn’t k ow where to stay until this charming little place showed up! Absolutely perfect for our purposes of relaxing, enjoying some local sights, and checking out the food scene! I cannot recommend this place enough! It met all our needs, and was located just outside the “hub” of Joplin so it’s quiet and cozy at night! Candace was so easy to communicate with and she promptly responded to my many questions! "What an adorable house! The photos are a true representation of the house, but it's even cuter in person. I was traveling with my son and large dog and it suited us perfectly.
