CHECK-OUT & CLEANING



Standard check-out is by your scheduled departure time. Our cleaning team typically arrives shortly after — they may park at the top of the road or out of immediate view, so please don't feel rushed if you don't spot them right at checkout. If you'd like a late checkout, we may be able to offer one for $50 (subject to next-day reservation timing).

Nature Setting: As this is a river retreat, you may encounter local wildlife and insects. Please keep doors closed to maintain the indoor environment.



Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



For security purposes, an exterior camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.

I respect your privacy and will give you space to enjoy your stay. I’m always reachable by message if you need anything, but otherwise, I’ll keep interactions minimal unless you request otherwise.
