Great Place in Frisco!

This place was perfect. It was an easy walk to the shuttle station for ski resort access and a little longer walk to downtown Frisco. The place was great and the management was responsive. We liked the hot tub, the garage, and the abundance of king beds!

Nice property

The couch had a defect that ended up cutting my son’s hand and ripped afew pants and the back porch had furniture everywhere and snow covering everything. Other than that the place was everything we needed! Great communication from host!

Frisco Wedding

We had a wonderful family wedding/vacation in Frisco Colorado. The manager/owner was fantastic! The home is clean and has everything we needed for a great time. Great location to Frisco and close to so many activities. We highly recommend this property!

Great Place

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals & this was a fav! Enjoyed the quiet yet accessible to everything location. Spacious w/lots if gathering spaces. Hot tub was nice & management co was excellent on keeping it balanced/ckean. Kitchen fully loaded w/equipment. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, room box fans. Garage was big and helpful w/bikes. We’d stay again for sure!

Mini mtn getaway

The place was lovely. Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the hot tub was terrific. The only issues we had was that there was no ice maker or ice cube trays and the batteries in the fireplace remote were dead. The mgmt co. addressed both issues promptly. There also was no tea kettle or salt which were missed. We enjoyed our stay very much. My 4 star rating is not a reflection of the property, but of the mgmt company policy for a 4 or 430pm (?) check in time and a 10am checkout. For the amt we paid for the rental I'd have expected an hour or two on either end so we could maximize our time in the area. It was otherwise a great stay- very convenient, quiet, spacious and clean.

quick mountain getaway

we had a great few days here. The house was perfect to fit 9 people and had every amenity we could think of. It was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed using the hot tub. sledding at the Nordic center and using the bike path that the house is right on. Easy walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant too!

Great mountain retreat!

We loved this place! Plenty of space to relax after spending time in the mountains. 3 minutes from downtown Frisco and only 15 minutes from Breckinridge. Excellent communication from hosts regarding check-in/out, amenities, things to do, etc. We’ll be back again!

Great location and helpful management

The condo is perfectly situated next to restaurants, grocery stores, equipment rental and a brewery. The hot tub was sparkling clean when we checked in. My friend had her contacts shipped to the rental property and when they arrived a day early, the management company had someone bring them in from the porch and leave them inside for us.

Wonderful Stay!

We were very happy with Summit Country Rentals--great communication. This site is spacious, well equipped, a wonderful location. We loved the large bedrooms, king size beds and room to spread out for 6 adults. The 2 car garage was an added bonus. The outdoor deck and hot tub was so enjoyable both in the morning and in the evening. Great storage and closet space. We moved in and settled in and had a memorable and great stay here. We would yes recommend this property!

Great Condo for groups of 8-10

Great living room area that can accommodate large groups including seating. The openness of the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area made it great for our group of 10 plus guests. We skied at Copper during our stay and next to staying at the mountain, location cant be beat. We loved the hot tub for soaking after skiing and the fireplace was great for taking the chill off. Easy access to the town via car, we felt it was too far to walk. Would definitely stay here again with a group of 8-10.

Wasn’t clean, hot tub was green, basement didn’t have heat, bathroom sink didn’t drain, fireplace didn’t work. Called about issues and was told someone would be out but they weren’t and issues weren’t resolved.
