We loved the cabin! It was the perfect size for us, comfy and cozy. Thank you for all the little extras like towels, sheets, dish towels and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Outer banks first trip

Adorable Cabin at Beach

Very clean and comfortable (beds/furniture) Decorated very well-cabin at beach Has everything you need with no clutter Liked the luggage stands in closets and washer/dryer in a laundry room Great places to visit close by- Hatteras Lighthouse, The Point Beach, Jockey’s Ridge Off season has only a few restaurants open and all attractions closed

Comfort and solitude on the Outer Banks

My husband and I loved this comfortable little cottage. It was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay near the ocean. We especially enjoyed having our coffee on the screen porch. The hosts were very accessible and acccomadting

Getaway from the noise

This cottage is conveniently located with easy access to the beach about a mile away. It’s in a quiet part of the island. The screened in porch and spacious backyard allow great views of the night sky and sounds of nature. Although kitchen supplies are minimal, this is a good place for a couples to get away from the noise.

Beautiful Cottage-Perfect Location!

Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! Perfect for two couples or 4 people. Location to beach access was on point. Extremely clean and easy. Beautifully redone inside and a great spot. Enjoy, we did!!!

Great place

The house was exactly like the picture, clean, beautiful and confortable bed! We weren't lucky with the weather since there was a hurricane but the beaches are super beautiful, the water is warm and has nice waves, however we can't get to the beach on foot since there is no direct access!

Replace microwave with a rusty hole in it, replace shower surround with holes in the tub and nasty gunk in the shower tracks. Questionably clean bedding, blood on a comforter, wrinkly sheets. Replace or wash really well the bathroom and bedroom rugs. Evolve communicates very poorly and the directions are bad.

It was ok

It was just ok. We stayed in Duck, here in Frisco, and in Beaufort this week. Frisco house was the most expensive and most disappointing. Not clean, found hair in the towels that did not belong to me or my wife, sheets smelled sour, roaches in the house, and one of only three outlets in the bedroom didn’t work. Shower floor is very slick, shower is tiny and you have to run around to get wet. Very disappointing.

Wonderful Cottage Getaway

The Outer Banks Island Cottage is a beautiful little cottage situated in a calm and peaceful setting. Close to all that Frisco, Buxton and Hatters Island offers, it’s a perfect spot to relax after spending time on the beach fishing. For those looking for a cottage getaway near the ocean and other attractions, the Outer Banks Island Cottage simply can’t be beat.

Wonderful Woodsy Retreat

Great location, close to everything and the owner's daughter met us there for check in. The daughter runs the stable (must bring your own horses) and the parents run the two cabins as well as the Cockeyed Clam Restaurant up the road which we went to and really enjoyed. Be sure to bring bug spray if visiting during the summer, early spring/fall.
