Family Vacation

Cozy apartment in a convenient location
The apartment is clean and cozy and close to the main street in Frisco. The host was very communicative and made sure we had a smooth experience. Great place to stay for a ski vacation.

Great base camp during ski trip
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Daniel's condo while skiing at Copper. Location can't be beat - close to everything! Cozy and very comfortable for the 2 of us. No need to lug luggage and supplies up a staircase or clear snow from the car with the heated parking garage and elevator. We heard activity in the unit above most nights, but used fans as a sound machine and slept well. Otherwise, the complex was very quiet. Daniel obviously cares about his property and his guests. Great communication before, during and after our stay just to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient!

Location was great.
Great location for going to various ski areas in Summit county. Easy access to I-70 , Main street and other stores. Very nice clubhouse with pool and two hot tubs (indoors). Was nice to have secure covered parking.

Exactly as advertised
It's so refreshing to not have any "surprises" when checking into a VRBO property. Daniel was exceptional, from making the reservation through checking out. Kitchen well stocked. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. Indoor pool with hot tubs were a delight. Really no complaints. Would definitely book with his listed properties in the future.

Cozy Condo, Accurate Listing
We had a great experience at the condo. It’s exactly as advertised, in a perfect location, host was easy to communicate with, well stocked. Just what we needed for a long wedding weekend with our girls (3 and 1). You can hear some noise from the unit above - nothing obscene - but there is a unit directly above this one, fyi.

Fantastic place for cycling, skiing and all outdoor enthusiasts
This condo is situated very close to bike trails. It is also conveniently located to shopping areas and great restaurants. The owner provides a well stocked kitchen, lots of linens, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The swimming pool is divine and the hot tub as great relief after 40 mi cycling days. We truly enjoyed Frisco, and we’re very grateful to our host for extending our stay!

Cleanliness is godliness
We have stayed in a number of condos in the Frisco area over the past 25 years. Since the pandemic, it was our understanding that all rental properties sanitized every surface. The furniture had been dusted around items but an obvious dust line under it. Sliding glass door handle had dried food on it. Ventilation is awful. Second bedroom has no window, a grimy, dusty ceiling fan, and dim lighting. Both bathrooms have fans, but not adequate. Bathroom odors permeated the entire condo for what seemed like a long time. Mattress in second bedroom sits on wooden slats a few inches off the floor. No box springs. Shower door had to be slammed several times in order for it to latch. I suggest the owner follow the online guide for how to clean a vrbo. Disappointing all-around experience.

Central location and clean, easy stay
We took my two boys 11 and 15 to do some basic hiking, and rafting. We were able to get to our locations very fast. We got a kick out of seeing a small moose and fox outside in the reserve park nearby on a walk to the dry lake. There’s a nice path for walking and biking next to the property as well.

Good location, clean, easy access to mountains
We stayed for two nights in March. A family of four. The units was clean and easy to access. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The boys skiied at A Basin. I walked over to main street (about a mile). The only complaint we had was that the unit was unevenly heated. The second bedroom was so hot.

The condo had everything we needed!
The condo is located in a great spot, close to surrounding ski areas. It was well stocked. Hot tub and pool on site. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Daniel was very helpful and quick to respond if we had a question. Great stay. We hope to return next year!!

Wonderful retreat
My wife and 1 year old loved the condo. Daniel was a great host as he was prompt in replying and very accommodating. The condo was clean and had very comfy bed in the larger room. The other room was perfect for our little one and was super cozy. It's quite, peaceful and very close to the bike trail. Excellent overall and highly recommended. Thanks Daniel.

Sara, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, as we mentioned in the description, the condo is ''ideal for a couple with kids", but sleeps up to 6. The listing also mentions that there is no window in the bedroom. I'm not sure why you would say "mattress on the floor". There is a low bed with a headboard. Thank you for staying with us, Daniel

Perfect location - Great place to stay, awesome communication.
Exactly as pictured and described. This spot was ideal to get over to Copper Mountain and Breck. Very close to Main St in Frisco, access to restaurants and bars. Very easy arrival and departure. This place is awesome - stayed here with two adults and two teenagers. Plenty enough space and well stocked for cooking. We would absolutey stay here again. Owner checked in with us upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. Just an ideal experience with zero issues.

Frisco is the perfect place for family with kids. Rental condo was as described and as expected.
Really good spot for family vacations especially with kids. The condo was as desribed on the website without any surprises. Good size for family of 4. Well equipped. Good communication with the property manager. Condo clean. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars was that some dog hair were spotted in the apartment. Some renters did not follow the rules since pets are not allowed in that apartment.

Great for Work Trip
