Very nice house for a vacation in Frisco. The house is near Main St but a couple of block away for peace and quiet. Nice walking trails and creek in the neighborhood and the county bike pathways are close as well. Even a tennis/pickleball court for use nearby.The house not huge but feels more than large enough with 2 larger bedrooms with baths on the second floor and 2 smaller bedrooms and one bath on the first. Even a larger second floor den/living room with gas fireplace in addition to the first floor living room.The backyard is not large but more than enough and has an 8 person hot tub and deck area. We would stay again.

We had the most perfect stay at this VRBO. The host was very responsive and the house was beautiful. It was comfortable, roomy, clean, and well stocked with essentials. It is close to Main Street and weather and scenery in the fall is spectacular. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

The house was very attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed the location since it is within walking distance to Main Street and hiking trail heads. Frisco is convenient to all of the other towns in Summit County via the bike path as well as by automobile. The house has sufficient space for relaxing since there are 2 living rooms. One more bathroom would be nice for 10 people, but it works OK. Another much-used amenity was the Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't do any major meal preparation. The hot tub was enjoyed mainly by the youth in the group. The beds were all comfortable.My only criticism is the closeness of the neighbors and the lack of a view of the mountains. No window coverings in the 1st floor sitting area made it a bit less comfortable due to a lack of privacy..

Communication excellent.Great house fore kids. Loved all the bike paths throughout town.Great hot tub. Small kitchen but functional.Lots of basic condiments and spices helpful.Kitchen pots and pans could probably use an update.

Amazing location, communication and comfort

We fell in love with Frisco and the were thrilled to be just a short walk from Main St. We took full advantage of the hot tub, well stocked kitchen and grill and in particular enjoyed the upstairs living room. Thank you to Barb for being a communicative and proactive host, we will be back!

Spring Skiing

The house is great. The two living rooms works great, as we had two small families and another couplee. The kids had a room to themselves. The renovated great room really has everything you could want. The location is perfectly situated for skiing Summit County. We skied at Copper and A Basin. Copper is super close. We wanted to take the shuttle, but it never happened. The shuttle stops are a short walk from the house. The downtown ares of Frisco is also a short walk, and Frisco is cool old mining town with plenty of bars, shops, etc. We had a warm spring day and took advantage of the patio and cooked on the grill. It also dumped 15 inches of snow while we were there! So the rest is all semantics. Would defintely choose this house again if I am in the area. If your skiing in April, the eleveation of the ski areas in Summit County give you the best chance of good conditions.

Spring Skiing Vacation

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable week of skiing and relaxing. We especially liked the comfortable upstairs living area with plenty of room for games, puzzles, and family movies. The house was as described in the listing with plenty of room for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The owner, Barb, was responsive when contacted and allowed both early check-in and late check-out. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Not smoke-free!

A blast of stale cigarette smoke welcomed us into the home. Even after opening lots of windows for a couple days (in the cold of winter) the cigarette smell lingered. I do not recommend this propery, especially not for families.The host was unable to solve this problem and did not even offer us a partial refund.

Amazing Frisco Stay!

Our group of 8 including 4 kids age 4-7 had an amazing stay at this Frisco House. Very convenient to multiple ski resorts (we skied Copper MTN) and walkable to downtown Frisco. The house was set up very well for 2 families of 4. The extra living room upstairs was a huge plus. So was the hot tub. The house was well stocked and the owner was very accommodating with early check-in / late check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Frisco Ski Gang

We wanted a place that was central to all the Epic ski mountains and also to downtown Frisco and this was perfect. We skied 6 days - Keystone and Breckenridge were 15-20 minutes and Vail and Beaver Creek were 30 - 40 minutes away. Easy walk in to town for dinner and shops. The 2 master bedrooms were spacious and luxurious. The 2 downstairs bedrooms shared a bathroom but having a vanity and sink in one of the bedrooms made sharing the bathroom much easier. We cooked in a few nights and had all the pots and pans - and dishes needed. The hot tub on the deck was easy to access and much appreciated after a day on the slopes. Check in and check out was smooth and great communication with the host. I highly recommend this house for a week - or more in Frisco.

Great location for Epic Pass holders…

Keystone, Breck, Vail are all within a 30 min drive so you can visit any of those during your stay with ease. Owner was very good with communication and the property is clean!!

Nice Mountain House

Location was a short walk to Main Street Frisco. Good layout for family, very nice hot tub. A few upgrades would go a long way, toilet upgrades, slow draining sinks in bathrooms, kitchen cookware, and additional kitchen items.Owner master bed is the best mattress ever slept on in a VRBO. Very nice having 2 master king en suites! Great room upstairs is very inviting , comfortable couch and desk for computer work.
