Frisco townhouse

The accommodations were great, a couple of guests so there was adequate room. The couch is small but very comfortable. The tv’s I had trouble with finding service, BUT I did not ask for any help. If you have a streaming device that is portable, bring it. The kitchen lacked for some equipment, I made do and did not reach out to the manager. My only complaint is with the location of the water pipes. In the garage- DO NOT LEAVE THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN OVERNIGHT.If the owners will have me, I’ll probably be back.

Perfect house for an amazing ski trip!

Thank you for having us, your house was perfect for the three of us and Frisco is always the perfect location for skiing - centrally located to all resorts and less crowded. The house was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely come back - thank you!

Great house for vacation rental

The house was super clean and literally had all the kitchenware we needed to make food. Lots of options with seasoning etc. The location of this area was perfect! A beautiful hiking/bike trail right behind the house as well which had a beautiful view of Frisco Bay & mountains. There was so many shopping areas right across the community, like whole food, Walmart, etc. I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation. 10/10 would book here again!

Family vacation

We loved our place in the Frisco area. It was very clean with lovey decor. Plenty of room for five of us. The location was great for us as it was a very quick trip into Frisco Main St area and nice location from Breckinridge and Silverthorne. I would highly recommend this condo

Labor Day weekend with teens

Excellent townhouse in our favorite area of Summit County for summer activities. We rented ATVs a block away, rode bikes around the lake from the front door, and it only took 2 minutes to get my SUP on the water.

Social Distancing Vacation

Perfect place for a socially distanced mountain getaway from the crowded city. Instacart deliveries available for groceries and tons of restaurants on doordash, etc. Kitchen was also well stocked. Could use a ceiling fan in the master bedroom for hotter daytime temps in July/August. Would certainly consider booking again if staying in the area.

Pleasant, convenient location for a Frisco getaway

I spent 6 delightful days here with my two adult nieces. The unit is very convenient, with Whole Foods right across the highway and another small grocery even closer. It is only a short drive to Frisco's main street with many restaurants and shops. It is also within reasonable driving distance of many hiking trails. The unit is stocked with nearly everything one needs, including grill, washer and dryer and has a comfortable sitting area, large dining table and modern kitchen. 4.5 stars would be a little more accurate rating, as it could use a little maintenance. Josh responded quickly and fixed a small problem with a sink whose drain stopper wouldn't work. A kitchen window and a master bedroom window need to be fixed so they can close completely. A dining room blind has a tendency to fall from its mounting if not handled delicately. It would have been nice to have some facial tissue in the master bedroom/bath and more than 2 dish towels in the kitchen. Overall, it was very nice though and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Vacation in Frisco.

Everything was great. The only thing unexpected was the additional fees. I would have rented the property anyway way but did not see the additional fees until after I made the reservation. I wish they would have been more clear. As I said I would have rented it anyway and the price was reasonable.

Wonderful Stay

The property manager communicated with us on the day of check in and kept us up to the minute when cleaning would be done and the condo would be ready. He was very helpful throughout the entire stay. The condo was great, very nice and well stocked. It was as advertised. Having the garage was great for letting our gear thaw out each night. It wasn't big enough to fit my truck in but my in law's car fit fine. The only thing I have that could be improved is the channel selection was very limited for satellite TV. Just about every thing we tried to watch on the guide was not available with the subscription. But we rated this 5 stars because it was wonderful.

Our Hunting Trip

Very nice and clean. Well stocked for kitchen and bath. Even has a heated garage for changing out of our hunting clothes and keeping them there so as not to track through the home with our muddy clothes.

Excellent property/As-advertised.

We enjoyed this condo. Unfortunately, we did not recognize that there are lots of stairs. Wife recently injured back and one of our friends did not respond well to the altitude. Nobody's fault. Just an advisory to older or handicapped visitors. Otherwise, great.

Relaxing and beautiful!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful! It’s a multi-level house that requires lots of stairs. Everything was wonderful. One thing I would recommend is they get some ceiling fans in the bedrooms or some fans. It did get hot at night without any ac. Thanks for sharing your home with us and making it possible for us to take a last vacation before heading back to work.

My family and I loved it. The location was perfectly centralized between Breck and Copper.

We had a wonderful time. The location was in Frisco close to restaurants and shops and ski resorts. It was worth the drive from Phoenix.
