Positive things first. Great location, condo has nice amenities we took advantage of. Plenty of parking. Large primary bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the fireplace and view was terrific. The living area is really small so even though you can fit 5 - 6 people in terms of beds it's tight, there isn't even room for a kitchen table and two of the stools at the kitchen bar are broken. The pipes in the building froze so we didn't have water for a day and a half in 7 degree weather. I was with 3 teenage boys so this was extremely challenging. I understand fully that things happen, but I alerted the management company to a potential issue at 7:30 am when one bathroom lost water - had they dealt with it immediately the pipe might not have burst. It was rough not having any water for a day and a half and their initial response was not urgent enough in my view. I asked several times for a refund of at least a day, which they did grant but again, I felt like I had to push harder for resolution of this than I should have. After a hard day skiing, coming back to unusable toilets and showers is rough. Waking up to the same conditions made preparing for a day of activity even harder. Bottom line: I wanted to see more proactive behavior from the management company but in the end they did provide a refund for one day. I think this unit has pluses but be aware of how small the living area is.
