Great Spot!
The unit was very clean and conveniently located to Main Street in Frisco! The unit isn’t large but the space is utilized very well. I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Location and attention to detail!
Perfect location for adventure! Hit all the local ski resorts with the easy access to the shuttle stop and minimal driving for those resorts that didn’t have shuttle service. It was very well organized and had everything we needed! My son left behind an item, and we were called immediately by staff to let us know, who had it shipped to us. Will stay again!!

Best Time Ever!
I wish I could give my VRBO hosts & their adorable dog 10 STARS! The house was clean, roomy, efficient, quiet & made my stay 100% enjoyable. Thanks to Isabelle & George for suggesting fun places to visit (air boat rides were awesome) and a big hug to my buddy Coco; I'll miss all 3 of you!

Perfect Studio
Great location and just enough space for my husband and I at the right price. The studio was clean and it was great to be able to cook breakfast each morning. We walked to nearby trails and restaurants as well as bikes to Breckenridge. The only thing that I wish I had brought was a thicker/stiffer pillow. Both my husband and I did not like the pillows. That said, the management was in contact with us a lot to make sure we had everything we needed so we may have been able to ask for different pillows. I can’t wait to visit again!

Colorado Stay
The condo was perfect for me and my short stay by myself. I felt comfortable and safe and loved having garage parking. Had the necessities and using the bed was easy and allowed for more room. Also loved having the patio and being so close to downtown.

Suggestions
We enjoyed our stay and return to The Bahamas tomorrow. We’ll miss the mountains and the cool weather! I’ve managed vacation rentals before, so I have a few comments. Couple suggestions: Makeup mirror on the bathroom. Mount one of the pull-out kind to the wall on either side of the sinks. Only found 3 pillow cases. A larger kitchen trash receptacle would be nice. Other than the above, we loved our stay!

Nice location, but difficult checkin process
The place itself is nice. It's a small space, but it's well furnished and efficient with the larger couch and Murphy bed. The location can't be beat either, right in town. However, the parking space given is nearly impossible. When we arrived, we had problems getting in and out of the garage with the code given. Then the designated space is right next to a wall and there was a truck parked on the other side. The spot was so narrow, I literally had to climb out the back of my car to get out because I couldn't open my door wide enough. I'd be surprised if anyone could use that spot if there's someone in the spot next to it. We also thought the management company who handled booking and checkin was difficult. The payment process was silly and overcomplicated (be sure to check the details before booking). And when we arrived to get our keys as told, no one was at the office and our keys weren't in the lock box as promised. Several guests were waiting for someone to show up and help us. The guy that arrived to help sort out the mess was very nice and apologetic, but the office could clearly be run better. When we went back to the office during their office hours on a Monday at 10am, no one was there either. Again, the place itself is decent, but be wary of certain things before booking.

Cleanliness, location, and efficient use of space and comfort were fine. The advertised “hot tub” was only a heated one with in-operable jets which was very disappointing for my aging body. The access code was missing in my check in packet as well so even if the tub worked I would have not been able to use it my first night after a really long travel day…I was told by a maintenance person it’s been that way for years due to negative votes from the HOA to fix/replace. So a 3 point rating due to inaccurate over all property listing information.

Pleasant stay in Frisco
Second year we’ve stayed in complex and both visits were lovely. So yes, we would recommend. The condo building is older, but this is 2nd unit we stayed in this building that has been efficiently updated. Our check-in was quick and communication with management excellent (we were missing a couple cooking pans/items, but they were quickly dropped off to the condo within hours). The TV/AV setup was new and easy to operated. Once we got hang of pulling down the Murphy bed, it was comfortable. A second pullout bed in couch was also comfortable (memory foam) as our daughter came to visit and slept on it for a couple nights. However, the space is small and was adequate for 2 adults for our 2 week stay. But it’d be cramped for 4 adults (maybe 2 adults and 2 small children?). Furniture movement and space organizing was necessary to pull out beds - but again functional given the size of the unit. Our only complaint was the carpet in kitchen area was a little dirty. Our unit was on 3rd floor and probably an HOA requirement for noise control as hardwood flooring would be easier to keep clean (the kitchen is your bedroom when Murphy bed is pulled down). Overall, the unit was great and comfortable. We would highly recommend and BEST of all, we were able to have our sliding deck door open the entire time and smell fresh mountain air with NO odor of weed (well, maybe only once…but brief). Thank-you to management for enforcing smoking laws as it made our trip to Frisco awesome

Efficient and tidy!
We loved this unit. Looks right at Mt Victoria/Royal. It’s a 1 block walk to Main Street. Our favorite restaurant, Frisco Prime, is right out the back door. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Communication with summit rentals was excellent!

Nice little spot, just be ready to rearrange the unit for sleeping!
Stayed with a friend for a couple nights while we skied the mountains nearby; super convenient location. The unit itself was clean and furnished well. The major drawback we found was that since the beds are a pull-out and a Murphy bed, you have to completely rearrange the room prior to going to sleep. The beds were not made/dressed when we arrived and there was only one comforter for the two beds. One other thing that’s just good to know in general is that you need to pick up a check in packet at a separate location but it’s like a block away and you don’t have any keys you need to drop off when you leave so that’s not much of an issue. Overall, good spot. Management company was a breeze to communicate with and the unit is exactly what we expected... but I would probably look for a place without temporary beds next time. That being said, for the price, it was a good deal.

Frisco Condo
I was very excited about staying in this property. However, when we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the pot smell on the third floor of the condo complex. We definitely understand that it is a legal substance in Colorado, but we did not expect the smell to drift into the apartment as much as it did. On the second day, we called the company and they brought over an ionizer which greatly helped. It may be worth having one there all the time for visitors though. Secondly, we were disappointed to find two hairs in the sheets when we pulled down the Murphy bed and folded back the comforter. That is never anything you want to come across when staying in a rental. On a positive note, the location was fantastic and close to hikes that we completed. We also brought bikes and biked around Lake Dillon, which was beautiful. Overall, it was a decent condo for our long weekend stay, but those two incidents were different than what we were expecting from a place that looks spotless and perfect from the pictures online.

Great price & location
The home was very convenient to the Main Street promenade. It’s small but just right for two people. Only criticism is the bed is pretty uncomfortable and the check in process requires you to go to a separate building upon arrival and then sign more papers. Typically I receive a door code and that is the end of the transaction but since this isn’t an owner renting but rather a company on the owners behalf, I suppose they have extra steps. Overall it is great property for a quick trip.
