Great location in Frisco with quick access to I-70 and restaurants and grocery stores close by. Unit was very clean, bright and open. Beds very comfy, kitchen fully equipped. Would rent again, and recommend!

Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Property was well equipped and comfortable. I gave the property 4 stars due to plumbing issues in the building. Sinks and tub were slow to drain and toilets were difficult to flush.

OK but unfair charge to deposit

All ok in general, the only detail we didn’t like and found a bit abusive from owners is the charge of deposit for moving the bed a few inches towards the wall so the kid wouldn’t fall. We were extremely careful with the property and left it spotless except for forgetting put back the bed a few inches back. The moving of the bed is fairly easy (I did it by myself in one minute) but owners said the cleaning personnel wouldn’t move it back and so the owners had to travel 1 hour to move the bed back a few inches. I understand that owners live far from the property but if you are renting it for a profit, these kinds of details shouldn’t be charged to the guests: the owners should be able to handle them and not charge for an easy activity that takes 2 minutes tops

Great Location For Skiing

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Easy communication with host. Entry doors a bit odd going through bedrooms, but no problem, just a quirky design. Unit on 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared to haul your gear up 3 flights. This was documented in listing, so no surprise.

Frisco trip

Very nice unit. Well laid out and supplied. Owners were very responsive to questions and easy to contact supplying both email and cell numbers. Very nice view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Frisco is a great little town with excellent breweries if that’s what you like. We were mainly therefor skiing which is convenient, but I would like to go back to explore the town and other activities. Be aware that it requires 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator. That information is in the listing and did not bother us.

Nice place

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Ski bus picked up a short walk away (probably 0.2 miles away). There must be a lot of heat that comes up from the lower condos, because the thermostats didn't really seem to do anything. It was 70 degrees no matter what they were set to.

Great Place and awesome location

We loved our stay. It's a little odd getting in as the apartment has 2 entrances, both with lead into the bedrooms. However, this turned out to be a blessing, giving each of us privacy to enter and leave directly from our rooms. Both rooms having ensuite baths was also welcome. Carpets were a little dirty and worn.

Great Stay - Terrific Unit

We had a terrific stay in Frisco. Great condo with plenty of space, very clean, well stocked for guests, and perfect location for skiing the Summit County resorts as well as Vail. The hosts were excellent. Very organized, communicative, and eager to ensure that we fully enjoyed our time in their unit. We would happily book this property again.

Fall fun

First time staying in Frisco for some leaf peeping and bike riding! Great location to ride to Copper and around lake Dillon. Afternoon trip to Breck for lunch and shopping. Would definitely stay here again in the fall or winter. No AC so might be a little warm in the summer months. Very cute and cozy condo!

Great property for first trip

We had a great stay in this property for our first trip to Frisco. Prior reviews on the property location, condition and amenities are accurate. A few things I didn’t see in the prior reviews is that you can only see the lake from the balcony, and it is not an expansive lake view, really just a small piece of it. Also, there is considerable traffic noise when the windows are open (obviously less in the middle of the night). Otherwise, a great deal for the price.

Gorgeous porch view

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. Well decorated. The view from the porch is awesome. You get both the lake and the mountains. And I even got to see a moose swim from the shoreline to one of the small islands and back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as is the condo development. Wi-Fi excellent for streaming. Well supplied. Easy to communicate with owner. Everything is in excellent condition.

Beautiful views and well appointed

The condo is clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary supplies to cook. The bedding is comfortable. The location has a spectacular view from the living and dining room, as well as the patio. It’s located within walking distance of groceries, dining, downtown shopping, and hiking/biking trails. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The owners are very clear with their instructions. Parking is easy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, and if you have children whether little or adults, it’s a great spot during all seasons. There are two private ways in and out of the condo (great for adults or older kids). Close to the highway but no road noise at night. Wake to the sound of beautiful birds and enjoy your time in Frisco.
