"We enjoyed crabbing off the dock. The house is not far from plenty of public access spots to the beach and sound side. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance we could need. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids. Our group appreciated the huge dining room table where we could all sit and eat together. "The Villas are located in great location on Hatteras! Directly next door to Teachs Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean! They are in the process of exterior renovation and based on that portion they have completed it will be super nice when complete. I will be back to Villas next time I charter a fishing trip!"

"The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets."

"This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us."

"The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying.
