All Fun

Spectacular, as promised!

This beautiful and clean home is exactly as pictured, is a perfect location, and has thoughtful amenities included. We stayed as two families including 4 adults and 5 teens and found it comfortable with plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock, golf cart rides around the island, evenings on the screened-in patio, easy access to the beach and pools, beach chairs and bikes, and cooking in the well appointed kitchen. There is plenty of fridge and freezer space, and the ice maker was a nice touch. We also appreciated there were kayaks available!Greg and Susan are proactive communicators and excellent hosts, they were responsive and thoughtful. We loved stayed in this home and would return in the future.

Exactly What We Needed!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of space for everyone to relax.The location was perfect! We especially loved having the fishing dock in our backyard. The layout of the house with two separate wings and the downstairs area was perfect for our two families. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spring Break with Family & Friends

Everything was perfect. We had two families, with children ages 9-14, for Spring Break and we all loved it. The house was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. The kitchen is ideal for feeding a crowd, plus there's lots of space in the pantry and large fridge. The location is convenient to everything on the island and the boys loved the ability to fish right off of the dock.

Perfect

We've stayed in a lot of houses on Fripp Island and this one is at top of our list of favorites! Location on the canal is perfect-- beautiful view! The house is comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, bedrooms are large, and beds are comfortable! Greg was amazing to communicate with -- responding immediately & even let me know I had left a few things behind (never have I had anyone ask how to return items to me, and I'm certain I've left a lot:-) we will definitely be staying there again!

Best Fripp Home

This is our second time in three years. The home is gorgeous, spacious and less than a1/4 mile walk to the beach. The home is located on an intercoastal outlet that offered great fishing off the deck. The stove and refrigerator were huge and perfect. It’s beautiful with a lot of deer around daily. The owners are truly nice people.

Perfect !

This was our third vacation on Fripp Island. We absolutely loved staying on the creek this time. It really is the best of both worlds ! My family fished and kayaked on the creek and it was just a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart drive to the beach and pools. As usual, Fripp did not disappoint. The home is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything and really seem to want renters to enjoy their stay. The kitchen has everything you need with top notch Viking appliances- a huge fridge and range. Communication with the owner was super easy, check in was easy with no issues. We would stay at this property again and I'd recommend it to anyone with confidence.

Perfect!

This lovely home was perfect for our family! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The house was thoughtfully stocked from the kitchen to the garage with everything you might need for a fun filled vacation. Just a minute to the beach, this home had a peaceful screen porch, a gorgeous yard, a fire pit, and private dock on the creek. The only thing we all needed was more time!

Great time!

Our family had a great time at Fripp Island! The house was in a perfect location, very comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the screened porch overlooking the creek and watching the deer walk through the yard. The owner was very communicative and accommodating, making sure we were having fun and taking full advantage of all the fun things Fripp has to offer. We look forward to another Fripp vacation and stay at this house!

Amazing vacation!!

Our family of 9 ranging in age from 15-78 had an amazing time on Fripp Island and LOVED this home! The Viking range and fridge allowed for lots of cooking and food/beverage storage. The back yard with the screened in porch, the deck, the chaise lounges, the swing, the dock, the fire pit (!) allowed for all kinds of outside fun! The home's location is perfect, just off the main road, its quiet, yet a quick golf cart ride to the beach and anywhere else on the island. The house was very clean, linens were included, and the oversize washer and dryer were much appreciated. We travel a lot as a family, and this amazing home, with its open floor plan and large kitchen-dining-living area allowed us to enjoy our time together and make many happy memories. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation

We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and this is one of the BEST houses we have ever stayed in! The location was perfect. Quiet, plenty of afternoon shade, breeze from the creek to short ride to the beach! The house was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us in that big house! We could tell the owners really take pride in their rental property and wanted us to have the best time in their home, which we did. Any questions we had, Greg answered right away...to us, communication is key! We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Greg and Susan!

Fantastic time on Fripp!

We had the best week in the BEST house on Fripp Island! Thanksgiving was fantastic in this perfect home. Very clean, very well stocked, the kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to prepare a big meal. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect and we all agree that it is now our favorite home on Fripp! Fishing and crabbing off the dock was fabulous! The owner was great and always available to answer any questions we might have. He also provided so much valuable information prior to our arrival. I can't say enough good things about this home and our experience. We definitely want to go back!

A Frippin Good Time

Our Family had a fantastic visit to Fripp Island for my mother's 80th birthday & a family wedding. The home was perfect for our large family and was filled with everything we needed to complete our stay. Overall the home was clean but in all fairness, it's pretty hard to satisfy me seeing as I own a cleaning company. There could have been a few things that could use a little extra cleaning but it would not deter us from staying here again. Greg was an excellent host! He communicated with us throughout our stay and made sure we were satisfied. That is huge in my book! The beds were very comfortable and every room was spacious enough to retreat to should you need some alone time. The location was perfect as well. Thank you for a wonderful trip. We will certainly be back!

The property was just as described in the listing and just right for our family of 11! We ranged in ages 2-94 and the house was just right for all our various needs. Greg was very prompt with communication and took care of any additional needs we had! Very satisfied with the property and our stay!

Great House in Great Location

The house was wonderful and in the perfect location to most of the amenities/activities. We were a large family group so we were concerned about not having our own space but this house is laid out great for multiple families. We really enjoyed having the dock and being so close to marina and the cabana pool. The kids enjoyed all the extras such as the bikes and kayaks. We had a great time and hope to come back. Greg was very responsive to all questions we had. We definitely recommend renting this house if you want to have a great time in comfort.

The best of Fripp

This home was just perfect for our adult family of 12. We love fishing and being on the canal in the center of the island is just ideal for us. The owners were wonderful to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Home away from home

We have been enjoying Fripp for more than 15 years. We prefer the southern part of the island and have stayed in various locations. This stay felt more like a vacation! Any questions were addressed quickly by the owner. 362 Wahoo is a beautiful home and is perfectly located near all the things our family enjoys while on the island. My husband was living his best life (fishing and kayaking) from the deck on the canal. There were so many supplies throughout the house, which meant more room in the car while traveling! Because there was a refrigerator for drinks and an ice maker, this meant that we didn’t have to keep a cooler outside or the expense of all the ice to keep those drinks cold! I’d say it’s the small things that make this house feel more like a home away from home!

Great location and home

Well appointed with everything we needed for beach and biking and access to the kayaks was nice. The fire pit was also nice to have being there in the winter. Location is excellent. Center of island, easy access to beach and major pools. House had everything we needed. Owner was super responsive and informative. Nice layout for families. Would stay here again.

Fun & Relaxing

We had a girls (60+) girls get away. The home is gorgeous, relaxing and spacious. There is a screened in patio that proved more than valuable, as we loved sitting outside under the ceiling fans. We experienced a tremendous amount of wild life (deers, racoons, egrets, heron) and a super short cart ride to the beach. We got in a 4 mile walk in a day too. WAHOO!!

BEST FRIPP TRIP YET ‘22

The perfect house for families. The house had a great layout to enjoy entertaining, eating and relaxed family fun without being cramped for space. The open living area and kitchen connected to the back porch made having other families together for dinner like a big happy reunion. Many houses have the number of bedrooms needed, but lack in the space to relax. This house had enough room for everyone, enough space our food AND enough REFRIGERATORS for the huge food supply required for a big family. Making sure all towels were washed & dried was our biggest struggle before checking out. Definitely a great rental to enjoy everything Fripp! Next year hoping to stay 2 weeks.

Awesome family vacation house!

I had high expectations of this property and it even exceeded my expectations. The owner was amazing and called us in advance of our arrival to give us all the insider details. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked and so easy to work in. We had ages 13-83 and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was awesome and very central on the island. We will totally stay here again!
