"The apartment was a home from home. Clean, spacious and all mod cons. The gifts, such as drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long journey...coffee and tea too, which was great as we forgot ours. Lovely garden, which our dog loved, excellent location for the beach, pier and Town. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Will definitely book again as we go regularly to Clacton-on-Sea to visit family."

"This really is an absolutely stunning apartment, whoever decorated it has impeccable taste. The owner had thought of everything, too - so many thoughtful touches. Check-in process was super easy, and location great - right opposite the beach, with easy access into town (about 8 mins walking distance). There's something lovely that's hard to describe about the apartment, too - the light is beautiful, the colours and decor are very soothing, there's a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommend."

"We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."

"This apartment is in a nice part of the country and convenient to many lovely areas to visit. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard and provides a parking space for the occupant. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of trash around the courtyard and it wasn’t well-kept, with discarded clothing, cans/bottles, and even unopened mail lying about. The overall condition was adequate; there are tiles missing around the tub, the mattresses are thin but not uncomfortable, the furniture is basic but...

"We were very disappointed when we arrived at the property. It was in a poor state of repair with 2 of the electric heaters hanging off the wall. The toilet was dirty and there were stains on the floor. Walls and doors were damaged and filthy as were the blinds in the rooms. There was also a bag of dirty laundry outside the front door. There was no welcome pack or information about the area. Both bedside lamps did not have bulbs. The check in required photo ID to be sent which was not...

"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...
