Lovely property, great hosts 10/10

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Frank's place. The villa has everything you need, was perfectly clean and is a beautiful setting for a holiday. Frank was a great host and we would 100% recommend a stay here. Hopefully we will be back too!

Tolles Haus, Enspannung Pur

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter hat uns super nett empfangen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und die Lage ist super. Man hat seine Ruhe, kann am Pool toll relaxen ohne jegliche Einsicht der Nachbarn und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Supermarkt, auf der Autobahn oder im nächstgelegenen Ort. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Beautiful villa in perfect location

Frank was very welcoming, arranging airport taxis for us and even taking us to the supermarket in his car. The villa is big and set in a beautiful garden with trees, cactus, birds and geckos. The pool is great and the location is perfect - it is a short bus ride to Frigliana or Nerja and the bus stop is very close to the villa.

Great host and wonderful stay

We had an amazing two weeks stay at Frank's villa. The villa is large, in a quiet safe location and had everything we required. Frank even installed international tv channels just before we arrived. Whilst I would recommend having a vehicle, there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away which would take you to Frigliana or Nerja. Frank is an amazing host, meeting us at the fuel station close by so that we could find the villa easily. He also showed us around his beautiful orchard with many fruit trees on site, providing lots of information. Frank provided us with restaurant recommendations, and also things to do, nothing was too much trouble. As we were transferring from another villa, even though guests had just moved out that morning, Frank cleaned the whole villa straight away and allowed us to check in early. Correspondence both before we arrived and during out stay was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend staying at Frank's villa, he is the best host you could ever meet!!! Thank you Frank for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa, if we are back in the region, we will definitely ask if your villa is available for us to stay.

Muy recomendable

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en esta propiedad. La casa está muy limpia y bien equipada, y la piscina es preciosa. La ubicación es muy buena también, a unos minutos de Nerja y de Frigiliana. Recomendamos esta propiedad y no dudaríamos en volver a alojarnos aquí.

La Rana - peace and tranquility

Beautiful property in fabulous surroundings. Frank was a great host who provided excellent local knowledge and advice. Nothing was a problem. Would love to return some day and would definitely recommend for familys or couples, close proximity to the beach and town makes this the perfect location.

Little oasis of calm, with great transport links

Has a lovely stay here. The property is very private, set within gorgeous grounds but with easy access to road & bus routes. The pool is fantastic - a brilliant size & the house is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Frank is a brilliant host - really friendly & nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed here in August and loved it. The villa is perfectly located, not too far from the town (you will need a car) but very private, clean and well cared for. It has a good sized pool surrounded by grass and is all set in large grounds where there are lots of mangoes and avocados growing. The owner, Frank, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We had an early flight and arrived in resort by 10am so naturally the villa wasn't ready but Frank met us, took us there to drop our cases and then showed us to the beach so the boys could swim and we could sit in a café - it just made arrival so much easier and was much appreciated. He then took us on a tour a couple of days later to show us the area and a few helpful tips such as where to park in town / find main beach etc. What a lovely man. We had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here - as I said it was very clean and had all the equipment we needed in the villa and a good sized pool. Thanks Frank.

More secluded than you'd think. Frank is the best host!

Frank was so helpful, showing us around and saving us when our car broke down. While the house is well equipped, it's a bit dark, but that is a relief during the hot summer. The garden and pool are sublime, surrounded by avocado, fig and mango trees. The location is very good with easy access to Nerja, Frigiliana and the motorway from Malaga.

Secluded property well maintained with excellent family pool!

This property was just perfect for our family. The property itself is down a rather rough and steep road, but easily driven. It’s perfectly located with a choice of supermarkets in easy reach, Lydl being the closest and less than a 5 minute drive. Our host, Frank, met us upon arrival and gave us a full introduction to the property and also guided us to the local supermarket to allow us to top-up with supplies. He even pointed out a few recommended purchases which was a lovely touch. Frank was an excellent host and went out of his way to ensure we knew where the local attractions were, as well as providing expert advice on recommendations for the local river walk, and went as far as to provide a map of neighbouring Frigiliana along with a route to get the most out of an evening walk around the town. The pool in the villa is better than we had hoped. Around 150cm at the shallow end to approx 2m at the deep end. We spent many an hour having fun in the pool with our boys and it was very relaxing to just sit back and spend a day or two at the villa. Dishwasher and washing machine were a god send and the whole property was clean and well maintained. Frank supplied a change of laundry during our two week stay which was also a nice touch. Overall we felt as if it was a home from home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to Frank for his hospitality and advice as a local. It made settling in so much easier and gave us the opportunity to experience sights from the local area we’d not have otherwise gleamed from just guide books.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr netter Vermieter, aber leider zu nah an der Autobahn

Im Haus mit Pool und schönem Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Viehweger hat uns sehr nett empfangen und persönlich die Umgebung gezeigt. Leider stimmt die Angabe der Lage in der Beschreibung nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage überein. Statt einem Abstand von ca. 1 km zur Autobahn waren es nur knapp 150 Meter Luftlinie, wodurch kontinuierlich Autos und LKWs zu hören waren. Dies haben wir als störend empfunden.

Parfait ! Muy bien !

Location idéale pour une famille, de l'espace, du calme, une piscine nickel, bref rien à dire si ce n'est que c'était parfait. Situation également idéale à 5minutes de entre Nerja et Frigiliana. Grenade à moins d'une heure. Merci également aux conseils précieux de Franck sur sa région et même au-delà. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre passage. Franck adios y gracias de nuevo. Yehan

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this country home. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities one needs for a great vacation with children. The pool and property were well maintained and we could enjoy many hours outside each day. Frank was an exceptional host and gave helpful tips for exploring the surrounding region. He took care of all of our requests and was always there when you needed him. I can't imagine there are many better hosts than Frank. We wish the best for Frank and his family, and are sure many people have had a similarly wonderful holiday at their country house!

Drei Wochen Erholung pur...sehr zu Empfehlen

Hallo Frank, ich möchte mich nochmal für deine (eure) Gastfreundlichkeit und das Unkomplizierte anmieten der Finca, bei dir bedanken. Wir alle haben uns "sau" wohl gefühlt und wären sicherlich gerne länger geblieben :-(( Da wir im nächsten Jahr wieder für drei Wochen runter fliegen wollen aber unsere Urlaubsplanung noch nicht fest steht, hoffe ich natürlich das dann die Finca in dem gefundenen Zeitraum frei ist und wir wiederkommen können.. Wie schon erwähnt, es hat uns mega gut gefallen...... Ich wünsche dir und deiner Familie noch eine schöne Zeit und hoffe das wir uns wiedersehen. Een geweldig huis dicht bij Nerja!

Wij verbleven met ons gezin (2 dochters van 17 en 15) in de meivakantie 2015 in deze villa. Het heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan! De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij. Hij heeft ons veel tips over de omgeving gegeven. Het huis is voorzien van alle luxe zonder overdadig te zijn. Bij ons was het zwembad en de BBQ-ruimte favoriet. Het zwembad en de tuin heeft de hele dag (en avond) zon! Wij komen graag nog een terug!

Dies Ferienhaus empfehlen wir wärmstens. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, es entspricht den Angaben im Inserat. Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen (z.B. Malaga, Granada, Sierra Nevada) ist es ideal gelegen. Der Vermieter hat sich für uns viel Zeit genommen und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
