You have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The main bedroom features a box spring bed with an ergonomic motor system, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. For your comfort, there is high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with video-on-demand, heating in all rooms, a washing machine, and self check-in. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story house with a separate entrance.



Outside, enjoy your private garden and your own barbecue—perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh air. Public transport is conveniently nearby.



Two communal parking spaces are available on site, and street parking is also possible. There is a shared bicycle storage room. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. A video camera monitors the courtyard entrance and the outdoor parking area, but no recordings are made.
