Wonderful family gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Who: 6 seniors, 4 middle aged, 2 elementary school. Some enjoyed hot tubs, some played frisby golf, some shot baskets, some read surprising finds in extensive, eclectic book collection, ALL enjoyed back porch, overlooking bay every morning & every evening. Island small & everything & everything convenient via short, pretty drives from house. More uxuriouss than any of us normally experience & a little discomfort with tech.

Peaceful Waterfront Home near Roche Harbor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 16 family members celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in July 2025. Our trip was blessed with a week of sunshine and cool breezes, so our favorable opinions of the San Juan’s were 10/10. The home was well supplied and was extremely clean when we arrived. It was so spacious that the teenagers could disappear and not be missed for hours. The two hot tubs were a hit with everyone. The generous bedrooms exceeded our expectations. The grounds are well maintained and afforded glorious views of the beach. We spotted black-tailed deer, great blue herons, bald eagles, Canada geese and a fox during our stay. The SJ Prooerty Management team was timely, courteous and professional when they helped us with a few small issues. Overall a great stay at an exceptional property.

Unforgettable Stay at the Seascapes Estate!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Seascapes Estate, and it was an incredible experience! This elegant waterfront estate exceeded our expectations in every way. The estate is beautifully designed and it was the perfect place for our family getaway. The living space is expansive and comfortably fit our large group. We were constantly in awe of the breathtaking water views visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchen was amazing for our group (and the chef we worked with during the week). Dining with a view of the spacious yard and water, both indoors and outdoors, was a highlight of our stay. The bedrooms were equally impressive. The two mirrored primary suites on the second level were nothing short of spectacular, each offering stunning water views, private balconies, and expansive bathrooms. The additional bedrooms were beautifully furnished and provided ample space for everyone. The third level was a hit with the kids, offering them their own space to relax and play. The estate's amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the private basketball court, hot tubs, the disc golf court and the giant yard. We would love to return to the property again in the future!

Fabulous Stay

We hosted a party of 18 for my 50th birthday and the house was absolutely perfect for a large group spanning a large age range. There was room for everyone to sleep, play, connect, cook, and the house is so well situated to Roche Harbor that it was also super easy to access the amenities. The property manager was highly responsive on all issues and needs and super generous with their time in helping us manage package deliveries, and was quick to turn around refunding our deposit. My only feedback is that the area has a LOT of mosquitoes. Like a LOT. Bring bug spray and citronella candles and you'll manage it just fine.

Best of the Best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a magical spot! It has lots of well-appointed space for a large group and plenty to do without even leaving the property. From stand-up paddle boarding in Westcott Bay to shooting hoops on a two-goal court to playing disc golf on the six-acre lawn, everyone found their happy place. The house is set back from the bay at a distance that allowed for easy supervision of small children, and the wildlife sightings added to the thrill of the overall experience. We kept one jacuzzi at a kid-friendly temperature and the other steamier for the adults. Between the well-equipped kitchen and a large outdoor grill, the chefs in our group were in heaven-- as were the diners! When venturing off the property, both Roche Harbor and the Westcott Bay Shellfish Co. are walking distance, as is access to numerous hiking trails. Most of our group rented e-bikes in Friday Harbor for a day and from the west side of the island were treated to the sight of a sizable Orca pod frolicking in the Haro Straight. Another bit of entertainment is the sunset flag ceremony at Roche Harbor, the canon salute from which can be heard from the comfort of the Seascapes patio. A few very small bits of advice: bring your own basketball, there is no coffee grinder so pre-ground coffee is a must, and we could have used something larger than the mini food processor provided. That said, this is unequivocally an all-around great setting for a family get-away.

Played games in the yard, explored the hiking trails, used the hot tubs, s’mores around the fire pit, board games around the large dining table. Ate in and discovered fun local restaurants. Fun fun spot for family vacation. Need to plan ahead for ferries to get to island, especially in season.
