"We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. "The tiny cabin was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything in it was updated and immaculate. Toiletries and were provided and they were full size and not the little samples you get in hotels. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We did not cook but the kitchen was appointed with everything you would need if you did want to cook. The location was close to town and right next to one ski resort. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay. "

"My husband and I stayed in Tiny Cabin 4 with our doodle. It served as our “base camp” while we skied and visited the local shops and restaurants in Ellicotville. Checkin was easy and the property was very well maintained. I would strongly recommend guests bring slippers or heavy socks as the floors in the winter are very cold. "
