The room was dirty, and the whole hotel smells, everything is old without maintenance. The smells is really bad! I won't be staying tomorrow for sure

Esta orrible, huele miy mal y lo peor son las cucarachas, y me podieron 100 de deposito y no me los regresaron todos

Sin cargo, se liberaron 100, recibirá el depósito de vuelta en 3-5 días hábiles

Muy satisfecho
El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicacion. Cuenta con estacionamiento. La habitacion muy limpia y sus servicios en excelentes condiciones.

Hola la habitación estaba muy sucia, había cucarachas, el baño tenía problemas estaba muy sucio el piso olía mucho a cigarro, el control de la tv no tenía pilas les sugiero más limpieza en las habitaciones no regresaría otra vez a este lugar !!!!

Las puertas y los acsesos estan bloqueados en una emergencia no hay mucha salida la picina esta vacia y susia hay mucha gente en los parking q no dan mucha seguridad esta descuidado y viejo las instalaciones

Me pidieron un ID y al verificar que era de un pais centroamericano me cuestionaron sobre mi estatus migratorio en los Estados Unidos de América, si estaba legal o ilegal. Me indigno la pregunta. No estaba en Migracion, para que me hiciera esa pregunta. Me estaba registrando en el Lobby para pedir una habitación reservada en Expedia. Desconozco si el objetivo del recepcionista era llamar a la policia si mi respuesta hubiera sido diferente. En mi opinion ese tipo de preguntas son absurdas e impertinentes, racistas y xenofobicas. No se deben realizar, trangrede la Constitución de los Estados Unidos y la dignidad humana Ese tipo de conducta son reprochables y la comunidad hispana o latinoamericana no las debe tolerar. No recomiendo a los latinos que se alojen aqui, porque si el color de tu piel o tu origen etnico es motivo de preguntas sobre tu estus migratorio, la persona del lobby y la empresa deben cambiar sus políticas internas en atención al cliente, para que este tipo de incidentes no se repitan.

The entrance of the hotel lobby was dirty. The hallways inside the hotel to get to the room were filthy dirty and had a dirty smell. Inside the room there was no bed spread, the mattress looked lumpy. In the bathroom the toilet was dirty and so was the bathtub.

The property is terrible, as soon as you enter the building smells like mouse there’s trash everywhere the elevators don’t work the pool no hot water this place shouldn’t be in service. I can’t believe Expedia has it on their list. They also change me $100 dlls deposit and I was supposed to get it back at the time of checkout but of course I didn’t stayed there I checkout with in less than 10 mins I checkin and today it’s been the second day I checkout and I haven’t got my return yet.

we have refunded. Please call expedia for full refund. Incidental deposit was reversed at check out. Usually banking procedure takes 3-5 business days. The room hosted a long term guest for 21 days. We used bleach but not fragrance and air ventilation takes time. I put the room out of order for 2 weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience

Trillions from taxpayers have been wasted to Newsom programs for worse after 12 years of working here. Hotel is not allowed to build fence around because of city codes. Bureaucracy, bribery pushed homelessness and crimes up. Sorry

Room 1 - Elevator out, disabled member of party. So moved to Room 2 on main floor. Key didn't work, apparently due to squatters breaking in and blocking door. On to Room 3, across courtyard in rain. Floors and counters had layer of grit. Killed a dozen cockroaches before sleep. Glad it was just for 1 night!

None of the advertised amenities are available, no pool, no breakfast, no gym, rooms have foul smell even in non smoking room. Area surrounding the hotel also looks sketchy with lots of pedestrians roaming. Bathroom shower was cracked, and strained. Bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. I chose this property because Expedia rates it a 3 star hotel, and states amenities where included. Save yourself some time, spend the extra $10 and go somewhere down the road.

Sorry, Third party didn't update the pics for 20 years. We posted a rating notice of 2 star hotel at front desk and guest can check out immediately for full refund.

It’s absolutely disgusting and I honestly don’t know how they are even in business. It’s awful to walk into a place that smells like death of roaches and be told that it’s up to us to stay in the hotel after we have already been charged for the room plus deposit. It’s so gross and you can’t sleep on stained up bed covers or let alone the disgusting multicolored mattress your expected to sleep on. Don’t even worry about taking a shower in peace because you will have some uninvited roach guests that love to watch you shower leaving the comfort and peace of mind at the roach hotel that’s being covered by a tissue box. Hands down the most horrible stay known to man in this earth. You can’t wash off the filth without taking off the first 2 layers of skin you have on your body. SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP PLEASE

I will inform Terminix regarding pest control. Deposit is to make guest responsible for the room preventing them to smoking or drug and it was returned to your card at check out. We have deluxe room on the 3rd floor for 10 more and we posted a policy that you can check out immediately if the room doesn't meet your expectations for full refund

Completed 7 days stay then wanted refund. Hotel posted the policy at Front desk saying to guests that guest has the right to check out as early as 30 minutes to get full refund or check out early and get back the refund for the rest of the duration of stay.

Staff was nosy and questioned about who was staying no visitors etc. they said they had bad experience with other people long term stay so they treated everyone like that. Uncomfortable
