Our reservation was not checked in correctly, we had to reservation on 5/1. Both reservations we're in different first names. Same last name. They gave my room to the other first name. We called two times on 5/1 and told them we would arrive late. Ray assured me that I was checked in and my room was 122. At 2am on 5/2 they called and stated they we're going to give our room away and we told them we we're almost there. I asked the clerks for his name and he stated I'm front desk that's all you need to know and hung up. When we arrived the clerk asked for my name and I told him the name. He gave me the key cards and walked away. I had to ask where room was as he walked away. When we finally settled in bed the neighbors we're very loud. We called the front desk three times no one answered. On 5/3 we went to the lobby to asked for towels the manger was sitting with a guest. As she got up for towels the guy smacked the manager's butt in front of us. Later that night we also called the front desk for a noise complain and no one answered. The next morning I asked the manager if we could move rooms because the neighbors we're loud and the dogs barked a lot. She said they we're fully booked and I told her the website was letting me book a room so I didn't understand why she was saying they we're fully book. The only good thing during our stay was with house keeping in the morning, they took care of our trashes and when we asked for new sheets they gave us new ones.
