Lo que no me gustó es que es un lugar muy caro para la mala calidad el lugar tiene escaleras y pasillos sucios y apestosos y hay personas en sus cuartos comiendo con la puesta abierta como si estuvieran en un parque y una persona sacando sus mascotas ASER sus necesidades en frente del edificio me párese como si fuera un lugar pero y el cuarto no ponen ni champoo ni café oh te

Nos hospedamos aquí por qué íbamos de paso hacia el parque nacional de Yosemite. Por ubicación para lo que necesitamos estuvo perfecto. La calidad el hotel es de mediana a mala aunque las habitaciones estaban bien. El exterior del hotel no se sentía seguro, y la persona que nos atendió al llegar a la recepción fue muy poco amable.

The floor was absolutely disgusting. My socks were black after walking from the door to the bathroom. One of the mattress protectors on the bed was broken. The TV did not work. The breakfast was iffy, sometimes there was coffee and sometimes there wasn’t. The door would get stuck when trying to open it. There was other people’s hair on the sheets. This price was absolutely not worth the lack of cleanliness and inconvenience of it.

We checked into room then left for the evening not returning until late we took off shoes carpet was soaking wet. The next morning we advised the front desk we needed another room she said when we returned our belongings would be moved to new room on our return our items were still in wet room. We had to move our items ourselves making us late to a family dinner. The new room had leak under sink in bathroom with a plastic bowl catching the water. We felt that we should of been offered a free nights stay

We stayed in room 101 in the back of the hotel. It needed fixing up and smelled of cigarettes. There was garbage on the walkway and near the room's door. We didn't complain because we just needed a room close to the airport for an early flight that night.

Blood splatter on wall in kitchen - Toilet seat left up and visibly not cleaned including pubic hair - oven left not put back together - office chair very dusty/dirty - main door so warped you could push the top or bottom and move it to see the outside. Light by bed burned out on one side and falling apart on the other. Never again - especially at the ridiculous price!

Terrible! The room door couldn’t be opened, there was a glitch. Had to get the front office to open it. 9:30am- the cleaning crew was knocking on our door, when they should have a list of empty rooms that need to be cleaned, and not interrupt us. Then at 10:15am, maintenance crew rudely interrupted our stay. They stated that they were only going to take 10 minutes, but they took 30 minutes. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful to barge in when we still had 45 minutes left of our stay. When I used the elevator to take my stuff down, it smelled like urine. However, staff did apologize and let us know that they will take care of the matter. They let us check out at a later time for the inconvenience.

Wouldn’t Go Back
We picked this place specifically for kitchenette. We needed to go to Lobby to gather tote of kitchen items. Not sure if this is normal. Walls, doors, and knobs looked dirty and/or old. Shower had dirt on floor so we didn’t use it. Various signs warned lead may be in water due to brass fittings. That was scary! Located across from Kaiser.

I got there at 330 pm to check in the room was being cleaned. I was able to get into the room at 4 pm and the room was not cleaned yes the sheets and towles were clean but all the seating had crumbs and dog hair everywhere. The smoke Detector kept beeping every few minutes
