This means your entire party can take back-to-back hot showers after a long day of travel or swimming without ever running out of hot water. All premium bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, and kitchen essentials are fully provided and ready for your arrival.

You will have full, exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom main house, the separate game room/workspace, the private in-ground pool, and the oversized furnished patio deck. The entire pool and outdoor dining area are completely private for your group’s use during your stay.

THE BACKYARD CHICKEN COOP
You are welcome to visit our backyard chicken coop during your stay! It is a wonderful, charming experience for families and kids. We just ask that guests supervise children around the chickens and keep the coop gate securely closed so our hens stay safe.


PARKING
There is ample private parking space available directly on the property’s driveway to easily accommodate multiple vehicles for large groups.

OFF-LIMITS AREAS

To ensure your safety and property maintenance:

The Acreage/Fields: While you have panoramic views of the entire property, the surrounding agricultural fields and the distant honeybee hives are off-limits.

Locked Closets: A few locked supply closets and utility rooms are reserved strictly for owner and cleaning staff use.

We love giving our guests complete privacy to relax and enjoy the farmhouse, pool, and peaceful surroundings. The property is entirely yours to enjoy, and we utilize a secure smart lock for a seamless self-check-in experience.
While we give you your space, we live nearby and are highly responsive! We are always just a quick message or phone call away through the app if you need local restaurant recommendations, help with the pool amenities, or have any questions during your stay.

Please note that a professional team maintains the pool and the acreage on designated weekdays, but we will always message you in advance to ensure your privacy is respected.

Because our luxury farmhouse is situated on expansive rural acreage, you will get to experience true peaceful country living. This means you will likely hear birds, see our distant, hard-working honeybees, and hear our backyard chickens. Please note that being in a rural area means local country critters and insects are a natural part of the outdoor environment.

To keep our sparkling in-ground pool crystal clear and the property grounds immaculate, professional service teams visit the estate on designated weekdays. Maintenance is quick, outdoors only, and scheduled to minimize any disruption to your stay.
