"Communication with the host was excellent, always responded quickly. The room was well appointed and the house looked fairly new. There is a washer/dryer in the suite although there are rules to it's use so you may want to check on this prior to booking. The only negative I can say is that the sound proofing is not very good and it did get noisy at times in the evening although very quiet after 9pm and most of the other times (host and family live upstairs)."

"The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. "The place was not clean as much expected. All the spices, salt and oil were date expired. Basement’s rooms were full of bugs on the floor and in the room. Couldn’t sleep well because of those. Overall not recommended. Bad experience. "
