We appreciate the convenience of the villas to other activities and places to visit in the area. The villas are old and showing wear but are very clean. They meet our needs and we would stay again. The bed is comfortable.

Very clean and tidy. Overall there was no problem, Just surprised that nothing seemed to have changed in 30 years. If you want a resort experience this is not the place. We enjoy the area and all French Lick has to offer.

The room and as well as the couch had an odd odor. The carpet was very old and worn out. I would not stay again because it did not feel like it was clean.

Little dated. Hide a beds were bothe in need of repair but worked. The twin bedroom beds are extra firm. King bed was comfy. Some of the bedding should be replaced, stained but clean. Not a good look. It was huge, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Kitchen was great. We would stay again but bring some of our own stuff. Pool was super nice.we had the opportunity to use the resort next door but didn’t have time.

We loved the rustic look of the property and how close it is to the French Lick and West Baden hotels. The only items that could use some attention are the porches. They need to be cleaned.

Property is listed as adjacent to French Lick Springs Hotel and appears to be walkable to the Hotel. But not for seniors with even slightly reduced mobility,

The place was so dated with rugs on the floor and around the hot tub. There was no dishwasher and the couch was so uncomfortable. The TV in the room was the size of a computer will never return.
