"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

Would have like another face cloth and maybe a box of tissues. Pull out sofa bed was not terribly comfortable. Maybe consider an upgrade. All and all- a 9 out of 10"

"This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!"

"This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds.
