Without using the car, you are in front of the beach, close to the city center and its shops, markets (between 5 and 15 minutes), activities of the old port (5 minutes), the new port (15 minutes) and all the restaurants. Also 5 minutes away, the Ferris wheel, the Bonaparte Park and the Epi Diana promise you magnificent views.
From the villa, beautiful walks along the sea await you, to the west to Port Fréjus, and to the east to the edge of the Esterel massif; The walk can then continue to discover all the coves along the customs path between the blue of the sea, the green of the vegetation and the typical red of the Esterel rocks. With a short drive, you have access to the center of the Massif de l'Esterel and the Maures where a large number of hikes (or mountain biking) are possible to discover even more magnificent landscapes
