The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen television, air conditioning, and a private bathroom, with direct access to the terrace as well. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen television, air conditioning, and a private shower room, also with direct access to the terrace. A separate WC serves the common areas of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A private terrace of 22 m2 and a large garden of 160 m2 complete the outdoor space, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.
