The private entrance leads directly into the ground-floor apartment. The apartment's private parking space is located directly in front of the entrance door. In this area, there are also additional private parking spaces available for residents.

With 49 m² of living space, the apartment offers a spacious open-plan living and sleeping area. A frosted-glass sliding partition visually divides the room and if desired, creates a separate sleeping area. Thanks to its bright and slightly transparent design, the apartment remains airy and welcoming, while the sleeping area can be separated by closing the sliding doors.
