"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."

Lovely house, brilliant location, 10 mins in the car to Great Yarmouth, 10 mins walk to the lovely beach with all the amenities you need.Parking at the rear and free car park across the road.Sit and watch the boats/ ships come into the harbour from the sea.We would recommend this house to everyone.Lovely beaches all down that coast. "Recently stayed here for a few nights. Place was spotless and everything you needed/wanted was to hand. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. Location is fantastic beach only short walk away and only a short drive away fromGreat Yarmouth and hemsby so plenty of places near by. Shops not far away either short walk. They do have strange opening and closing times. But overall the bungalow is a great place, great location. Would definitely come back again"
