We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart but we were so close we only used it for our cooler and chairs. Our big kids just walked back and forth to the beach so they didn’t have to wait on us. It was a super cute house with plenty of space and the owner was responsive to everything we needed. There is a Walmart 15 minutes away where we ordered groceries on the way in but for everything else we just ran to the dollar general just over the bridge. It should be noted that the surfside water is terrible and brown so the house has a water softener and purification system. It stopped working while we were there but the handyman is local and came to help. I was really pleased with the responsiveness whenever we needed something. The beach is great too and not overcrowded. We even saw dolphins one day and there were huge crabs my kids hunted at night.

We had the most amazing beach vacation in this gorgeous beach house. They provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Definitely rent a golf cart and cruise around especially to get icecream- you are close to food! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Stay, Easy Planning, Easy Departure

We booked this beach house on short notice because we made a quick decision to go to the beach for Spring Break. This was an awesome house for what we needed and hoped for. I cannot say you have a clear view of the water or beach, but you are very close to walk there. We had a brought a cart for chairs and umbrellas, so that helped. The house was so very clean, and in great shape Everything you need to cook, as well, cookware-wise. Plenty of dinnerware and flatware. The booking and instructions were so clear. The owner / manager was extremely responsive and friendly and helpful. The most important review: I would stay here again!

Great getaway

I rate the property a 10 for all aspects, except the view. I had no idea that ALL views of the beach and water are blocked by a building of several condos (or apartments?). This was very disappointing. However, everything else was great, especially the very short walk to the beach. I will book this host's properties again, as I have in the past, just not this location.

Paradise 3 Surfside

The home was very nice, full of everything we needed, and so roomy (even though there were only four of us). I was really pleased with the checkout "process" which was basically "lock the door." Communication with the host was always prompt. It got a very strong recommendation from my wife, which is pretty rare. We would strongly recommend this location and the Britt family to anyone seeking a nice spot at or near Surfside. It was a great vacation except that it had to come to an end.

Comfortable and convenient

Overall stay was great. The kids enjoyed their own space upstairs like if they were in a clubhouse. Kitchen was efficient for us to make meals and feed a bunch of kiddos. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Would stay again!

We were extremely happy with this last min choice. Now that we have stayed at the Surfside paradise property, their homes will be the only ones my family will stay at. Thanks for the wonderful experience, we made wonderful memories. My young kids even made a video tour of the property for their YouTube channel. Haha.

You couldn’t do any better than this property in Surfside. It’s close to everything. The house is clean and well appointed. Property manager was available to answer questions, but not pestering us. Everything was just as advertised! We had a wonderful time!

Quick get away.

We were all super impressed with our stay and so close to the beach. Having our pets with us with the security of a fence on both top deck and bottom deck was so nice. Definitely plan on staying again.

Great time at SP#3

This is a nice, newer property. All furnishings and amenities were pretty well maintained for a rental property. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the area of the beach didn’t seem as crowded as other areas. Will definitely rent this or another one of the hosts properties again.

Wonderful stay

This is our 4th time staying at the Britt family properties and they are always very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time despite the weather! The owners are great to work with. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.
