Clean, cozy lil spot with TONS of soft blankets!

Short little beach trip to Surfside. Our whole family enjoyed the house, pretty baby friendly had my 10month old with us. Loved that there was a gate to keep him safe on the top deck. We went during the month of April - PREPARE FOR MOSQUITOES! We were not, and the house was our cozy get away from the Monster bugs lol. We also loved all the extra throw blankets stored all around the house! Everything was in working order except one of the bed frames were broken- but it did not effect our stay as it was not a full house for us.

Family getaway

The house was great. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the beds are a little outdated and are somewhat stiff compared to my home bed. This may be subjective but just my 2 cents. Overall, the stay was great and super convenient considering it is EV friendly.

Wonderful as always!

This was a repeat stay for us and it was wonderful as always! We rented the golf cart again which is so handy to haul things back and forth to the beach. The house is very comfortable and the communication with the owners is prompt. We love coming to Surfside - it's so relaxing. The beach is our happy place! Thanks again to the Britt's for a wonderful week at the beach!

Great weekend!!

We had a great time for Jeep weekend! Only minor issue was the hot water, owners offered to semd handy man, but we were at the beach and didn’t get back until late. All the boys were happy to shower outside!

Second time we’ve been to surfside and stayed in this house. Great location, about a 2 minute walk to the beach, less if you don’t have a bunch of gear. Owners are super responsive. Great community, we’ll definitely go back.

Owners went above and beyond our expectations!

The property was just as presented in the advertisement. What really set it apart from other location we have rented was the efforts of the owners. We had an issue (noise) with a neighboring property. When I shared the situation with the owners, they contacted the owner of the neighboring property and got the situation fixed in less than 24 hours.

Great beach house!

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at Beach House 2 and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Everything was meticulous and well planned. Truly the owners have covered every detail. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the beach is amazing! So clean and well maintained! We loved walking for hours with our dogs. Evren though we went in January, the weather was pretty great! The fence around the yard was GREAT for the pups! We’ve never felt safer while on vacation! While this time of year, there were not many businesses open, it was easy to get groceries and meals out in both Galveston and Lake Jackson. I highly recommend the Britt family and any of their properties. They have left no stone unturned!!! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!!

Everything was perfect

The home was beautifu, clean and comfortable. The host was very professional and accommodating. The golf cart really made getting around easier once we figured out the beach access points. The beds were all very comfortable. The appliances, dishes, and furniture were very nice and easy to use. I will stay here again and again.

Surfside is a sleepy little community. The house is a great location about a 90 second walk from the beach. Owners are very helpful.
