Our beachfront home is ideally located in a serene area of Surfside, Texas. The property spans from the highway all the way to the beach, offering convenient access and breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway. Surfside Beach is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uncrowded shores, perfect for a peaceful escape. You’ll enjoy direct access to the beach via a private 100-foot walkover, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing just steps from the house.

The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with a mix of vacation homes and permanent residents. While you’ll feel like you’re in your own private oasis, you’re just a short drive away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Golf Cart Rental: We offer a golf cart for rent during your stay, making it easy to explore the island. Please inquire for rates and availability.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for guest use, but we kindly ask that you follow the provided care instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Elevator Use: Our home is handicap accessible with a full indoor elevator. Please handle the elevator with care and only allow adults or supervised children to operate it.

Beach Gear: Feel free to use any beach gear provided, but please return it in good condition for the next guests.

Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you observe quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Trash Collection: Trash collection is scheduled twice a week. Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the designated bins by the curb on collection days.

No Cleaning Before Checkout: We want you to enjoy every minute of your stay, so there is no need to do any cleaning before check-out. Our cleaning team will handle everything after your departure, allowing you maximum time to relax and enjoy the property.
