Excellent stay at Sun and Salt! This home is the perfect getaway spot that is always clean and well maintained. Love that it is within walking distance to the beach! The fenced yard is great for pups to run around in and get in their fun.

The best place!

It was so perfect and beautiful, everything matches so perfect, the sun, the lights. I proposed to my fiancé and it was a beautiful and memorable moment, we spend the best days at the best location! Súper recomendable!

Overall a great stay at this property. Clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood .

Nice, quiet, and comfortable. The only issues we had is upon arrival there was a dead rat on the side of the cabin that had we not walked the property before we left our service dog out could have been a real mess. Also there was no hand soap in the bathroom so we had to use the provided body wash to wash our hands. Seems small but the rat especially could have been a big problem. Seems no one checked the property.tje day of our arrival ahead of us. Small issi but still important. Otherwise this was a great location and we had a really comfortable, relaxing stay.

PERFECT - SPARKLING CLEAN - GREAT LOCATION

PERFECT - SPARKLING CLEAN - GREAT LOCATION - The header says it all. And to top it all off, they have a king in one of the rooms which is extremely uncommon in these houses. They allowed me to bring my dogs and even supplies a cute little wooden crate complete with fluffy bog bed and toys. The yard is completely fenced and 100 % safe to leave your dogs out while you're out running around. I am not tech savvy in the least ( I am 65 years old ) and the property has a TV and AC system that is way beyond my paygarde. I had problems with both - but called the management ( open 24/7 ) company who's number is listed in the cabin and both issue were rectified within a matter of minutes. The TV issue way able to be taken care of by a quick tutorial on the phone - the AC required a tech visit but he was literally walking in the door within 30 minutes of my calling . HIGHLY RECOMEND !!!!!!!!

No AC

We rented this property for the purpose of it having a fenced in yard. When we got to the property the house was extremely hot as the ac was not working. The 979 property manager was able to get us into a different location that night but had planned on having a fenced in yard for our dogs. Talking to a neighbor he stated the ac was not working the previous week and was surprised they still rented it out.

Dirty bedding and too warm

The AC was broken at this property, the property management team helped and we ended moving to a nearby property when it could not be fixed after several hours of dealing with the issue. The AC was still ineffective at the property we were moved to, cooled to about 75 (outside temp was lower than 90). The bedding was dirty, we had to wash it, the pillows were awful and dirty and the mattress cover was also stained and dirty. We still paid full price despite the AC issues that took a day of our vacation to deal with. Would not recommend these properties.

Our weekend in Surfside

We arrived to this adorable beach house. We were bitten alive by mosquitoes 🦟 to get into the house. Wear your OFF before arriving! The house was absolutely adorable! It’s a short hike to the beach.. I’d say a good ten minute walk. But the beach was clean & gorgeous!! Our doggie was very happy with the yard too! You will have to pick up the poop (they provided the poop bags.) The yard really needed to be mowed, that might have been the source of the mosquitoes 🦟? Also hard to find tiny poop with high grass. There was poop in the yard from other dogs tho. The beds are VERY comfortable! The AC works great too. We would book again.

Perfect for us!

This was a perfect place for us! It was nice & cool. There were only two of us & our little dog. We brought our kennel, but there was one already there. We just took their bed out & put hers in. The only complaint we have is that the grass wasn’t mowed & it it was NOT sprayed for mosquitos. We were attacked every time we walked out the door. After I rearranged the kitchen to where the flow was correct for us, we settled in like it was home. The next time we will take a small coffee pot with us because there was only a Keurig, but I’m a coffee drinker so I didn’t want to have to keep filling those little cups. That’s just me being picky though. The bed was comfortable. The day bed in the living room was comfortable too! It’s a great little place & in a perfect location!

Relaxing and Nice!

The rental process was very efficient. This bungalow was very nicely furnished with everything you need. The air conditioning was nice and cold…so rewarding after a long day inn the sun! Perfect for our family of four! Definitely would recommend this bungalow.

Perfect Place

Everything was fantastic regarding our stay. The house had everything you may need. Down to wireless phone chargers on each bed stand and a sound machine. I would definitely recommend staying here.
