Five bedrooms give everyone room to unwind, from a king and multiple queens to fun bunk rooms that are a kid favorite. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4-6 cars in the driveway.

Inside, the home opens into a bright, welcoming layout with five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms spread across the floor plan. The first bedroom is an all-ages favorite, featuring both a queen-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk — a flexible, fun setup that works beautifully for kids and adults alike. A Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with shower connects to the second and third bedrooms, which offer a comfortable queen and a restful king respectively — ideal for parents, grandparents, or couples wanting a quiet corner at the end of the day. On the other side of the home, a fourth bedroom offers another queen for even more flexibility. Rounding out the layout is a fifth bedroom outfitted with two queen-over-queen bunks — an oversized, playful space that`s a kid`s dream and a smart pick for guests doubling up. A second full bathroom with shower sits just off the kitchen for added convenience.

The real magic of Sandpiper Shores lives just outside the door — this is beachfront living, no shuttle, no walk, no excuses. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
