We had a great time it was perfect for our kids. Just get your stuff and walk straight out on to the beach! We loved that the beach was mellow and not crowded . Perfect sunset /sunrise , huge deck , the kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen had everything you needed. We will def be coming back!

Birthday Beach Weekend!

HORRIBLE

The air conditioner worked in the living room & kitchen very well, but the downstairs bedroom was hot. Also the 3 bedrooms upstairs stayed around 78 to 79 degrees. I slept on the couch 2 nights & my daughter & her husband slept on the couch 3 nights & left a day early. We reached out to our host about it being too cold in the living room & she said there were several blankets throughout the house. I emailed the host twice about the upstairs being too hot & also called her. No response was given.Air conditioner was the MAIN problem. Maggots were in the trash can when we got there. The blankets were not clean. The blinds in the living room were filthy with roach markings. The barbecue pit was disgusting with old ashes and rusty broken utensils. The washing machine in the kitchen sounded like you were on a tarmac at the airport.We stayed in this house in 2023 & it was great, no issues. But, this time was a completely different story.The review before mine, which I saw yesterday definitely mentions the air conditioner problem.I feel like we should have been notified. We paid over $6000 dollars for someone else to control the thermostat where we were staying. My son felt the vent in my bedroom & no air was coming out. I have photos of everything I am saying except for the maggots. Because Mike washed them out of the trash can before telling me. Sincerely Patty

Beautiful Beach House but some issues

The AC did not cool the upstairs bedrooms well at all. Constantly reset the temperature to 78. There are a ton of mosquitoes so make sure you have bug spray. Internet did not work thus no TV either. Host's solution was to tell me to use a hotspot. That doesn't work for my family visiting from Europe or TV. The semi private beach access was roped off on the first night due to damage from the storm on the first day, but was repaired the next day. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach is very nice. The view from the deck is excellent as well as two of the upstairs bedrooms. The fans in the bedrooms could definitely use longer pull cords, my elderly father's main complaint. The water smell is definitely noticeable but the have filtered water and a water cooler available to address that.

Family get-a-way!

We had a great time with our family. The house was in great condition and as described in the listing. We had an awesome view of the beach and water. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you might need. Plenty of room and never felt too crowded. This is an awesome place to spend some time away from. We would love to come back and stay here again. The only complaint we had was the smell of the water coming from the faucets. Outside of that, we would highly recommend this place.

AMAZING!!!

This was a clean property with everything that we needed. The porch and the chair set up was perfect for our crew. There was an issue with the A/C and the point of contact (Tina) for this property was super quick to respond and send someone out immediately to fix it. This could not have been handled better! We will absolutely be looking to rent this property again!

Overall stay is good

We all enjoyed the stay. The house overall is very good. However, the water from the tap smells very bad. Some bad smells came from the tap water in kitchen and bathrooms. Not sure why the water smell so badly.

Family Summer Vacation

The house was beautiful. Our family had a great time overall. There were a few details that need to addressed. House was not thoroughly cleaned. Horrible water pressure and also has a bad smell. Upon entering the house the floors were dirty , found used contact lenses on a night stand , dirty underwear under a bathroom cabinet , dirty kitchen utensils and the kitchen trashcan was dirty. Three beds had sand in them. One of the bunkbeds kept collapsing so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Property manager was contacted but no one showed up or followed up with us.

The absolute perfect beach house!

This is perfect in every way. We were 10 people and had all the room we needed. The house is pristine, the service was above expected, and the setting is perfect. This is an absolutely must if you are looking for a Surfside getaway. We loved everything about this house!

Best Labor Day!

We rented this house for the long weekend and wow!! The house was immaculate and at a great location! We had one miniscule issue and it was as simple as calling the property manager and they had someone come out on a holiday weekend to fix it!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Little Slice of Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Little Luna Sea. The house was spotless. The décor bright and cheerful. The view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed – from the new Keurig coffee machine to the sparkling toaster oven to all the pots and pans we needed to cook a few meals. My favorite spot in the house was snuggled on the comfy couch with my book enjoying the expansive view of the ocean. We couldn’t have had a better vacation. The beach was beautiful. The house was immaculate. And the fact that we could bring our dog along with us made it all the more special!
