Great condo for the week. The pool, beach access, great little bar/restaurant and laundry at the facility. Laundry costs 2 for wash and 2 for dry. Condo is dated, but clean, lots of security throughout

The condo has a pretty view and good layout. It is in need of some updating with the LR, dining and patio furniture and decor as they are dated and deteriorating. The 2nd bathroom, although convenient to have, is a little dangerous with the high step in and out. The kitchen is a great size and nicely updated, except for the refrigerator which also needs replacing. The owner is really sweet, helpful and responsive. The unit is in a good location within the complex and great access to the amenities and beach.

Good for our purpose

We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints.

Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. They exceeded my expectations compared before. Keep up the good work.

Don't reserve this property

Main door entrance clearly water damaged & coming loose from hinges. Living & bedroom furniture shabby-uncomfortable. The unit is dated in need of maintenance. In general totally uninviting. Ceiling fans filthy with dust & one hanging by a thread unusable. VRBO obviously doesn't vet owners for quality rentals - leaves it for reviews So... Kitchen under equipped with aged chipped dishes, rusty pots,filthy oven, no oven mitts, no dishcloths or adequate towels of any kind. Fridge door full of rust. Thankfully we had access to other family member rental to borrow their kettle. You guessed it Coffee maker/kettle YUK!

Coral Beach

Our expectations for the unit we selected were not what we had had in the past. The owner did address some of the things but not all were resolved. This unit is not set up for a long stay as many of the others are. The location is great and the beach beautiful. Lots interaction among guests and owners.

Adequate facilities

The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.

Great Location

Quick walk to a beautiful beach w/restaurant on the beach. The hotel staff, including security, were incredibly kind and helpful. The unit itself is quite basic with almost no amenities, not even a hair dryer, just enough toilet paper to last the evening, no coffee filters, no shampoo. So if you are aware that you need to provide everything for yourselves, it's a convenient location. When we arrived, however, we found that we had been given an incorrect code for the lock box so had to get the property manager to help us. Also, the t.v. wouldn't turn on. Seems likely the batteries in the remote were dead. The host, Svetlana, was very nice and very responsive. However, given the trouble getting in and the fact we couldn't use the t.v., it would have been good business practice to offer us some compensation.

We had a great time

First of all... The beach was stunning. And the luxury of being able to walk from our unit to the beach in bare feet was incredible. The pool was beautiful but a bit colder than the ocean... But who cares because we had the ocean? The new bar at Coral Beach had great stuff and great food and we had a chance to meet many of the different unit owners who were all very welcoming. The unit itself was a bit dated but extremely clean and had every single thing we could want. The price was reasonable. The owner, Svetlana was incredibly quick at responding to any questions that I had both before the trip and while we were there. I traveled with a friend but would feel completely safe traveling back to Freeport and especially Coral Beach as a single female traveler... Not one concern about safety.... What a wonderful place to visit and what wonderful people who live and work there. Also.... Make sure when you visit that you take the time to visit both the GaatroBar restaurant $$$ at the marketplace and Bernie's $ on Taino Beach. Delicious grilled lobster with sides for $25 and $5 Bahama Mama's At the owner's recommendation we rented our car from Brad's Car Rental. They were super professional and took wonderful care of us. I had zero expectations for this trip and was blown away. Thank you for a great vacation.

The owner was amazing, accommodating and very helpful. The unit is good for 4-5pax really, clean,tidy and the beds are very comfortable to sleep with. There’s a pool and beach area that you can access easily. Very great view for balcony to watch sunset, garden view and if you want to have breakfast outside. It would be very nice as well if they can add some light in the dining area during night time and to make sure to fix the stove. Overall, we love the condo and my parents are so happy that we’re able to celebrate my day together in the unit.

Incredibly disappointing

Past VRBO reviews misleading!! Entire unit was filthy from the floors to mirrors. Did not have: dish cloths, pot holders, face cloths, mixing bowls, cleaners. Place resembled frat house with limited mismatched kitchenware. Main stove burner didn’t work. Photos are old, place not maintained. Furniture old and wore out - not comfortable. No lamps in bdrms. Beds not made properly, had to make them. Most dangerous thing was 2nd bath threshold (9”x 7”)that needs to be stepped over. I fell in the dark (no lamps), someone could get seriously injured! Shocking - contacted owner of condition of unit, broom no handle, missing deck chair, no dish clothes, face cloths, no cleaning supplies, dishes/utensils dirty, etc. Owner responds cleaner bring us some as a courtesy!! Since when do you bring dish rags, pot holders, face cloths, cleaning supplies to VRBO? Isn’t that why we pay cleaning fee? She didn’t even offer to reimburse us for the cleaning fee! I would not recommend this place. Complex is located on one of the most beautiful beaches, do yourself a favor and find a nicer unit, you will thank me.

Paradise location

Absolutely great stay! Perfect location by the beach and pool. This property is the only one close by with a bar and small restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was spacious with room for 6 people. lots of towels, beach chairs. Nice view from the room and patio. You can cook your own meal or get a taxi and go out. Perfect for families. Very nice and helpful host. For us it was just a paradise location.

What’s not to like!

Great place. If your looking for a relaxing laid back experience, this is it. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were two couples and the accommodations were very comfortable . The pool bar/ restaurant is top notch. The beach and views are incredible. We will absolutely do this again.

Bahamas beach condo

The owner was amazing, very responsive and helpful. When the a/c wasn’t working she got maintenance in the next day to take care of it. It was very clean and well taken care of. The unit itself is pretty small, and one bedroom has a great view, the other has no window, but a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable, the complex has a beautiful pool and nice restaurant. It was a great stay!

The unit was dirty, it took us almost 4 hours to get it clean. (The host refunded us $125.00 for cleaning supplies) The fridge has numerous rust spots on the front and in generally very poor condition, the stove had several rusty spots, the oven was filthy, one burner did not work (replaced but still defective) and the micro-wave had rust. The coffee machines’ warming pad was solid rust. (since replaced by another machine that was faulty) The furniture was worn and dirty with two chairs having large stains on the seats; covered with a white sheet to hide the problem. The dining chairs are worn, we had to put pillow cases over the back of some so our clothes wouldn’t get caught in broken wicker. All of the windows were dirty including the patio doors. The patio screen door was broken and leaning against the wall, (later fixed by Mario) and one bedroom closet door is broken. Towels are worn and ragged, pillows were stained, there is no quality cooking utensils and several of the plates are chipped. The views from the balcony as shown are not from this unit. Vrbo was unresponsive until 2 days before our departure so we were forced to stay or forfeit our payment.

Condo is a little out dated and needs patio furniture and functional glass sliding door. otherwise it has everything we needed and lana was great and very helpful. the place is one of the few with a restaurant right on the ocean. i stayed one month and would come back.

Cute Property but dirty unit

Overall, this location is really nice, it was great that it was beachfront, and also had a great pool and a brand new bar. Our particular unit was really gross. It was dirty with dust and hair and crumbs on the furniture when we arrived, and there were ants crawling everywhere. We had to store all of our food inside the refrigerator so the ants wouldn’t collect. So our stay was very uncomfortable since we were constantly worried about our food and where we could sit. The best spot was on the beach!
