The nightly rate was low and the ratings were good, so we stayed 2 nights. The room was really clean, recently well decorated and quiet, but the door was hard to open and close. There was no outdoor lighting except for one light pole in the parking lot, which is a safety concern for two women on their own and checking in after sunset. Even still, we would’ve been fine with that (we’re low maintenance), but the second night a couple stayed in the room next door and fought (lots of screaming, cursing and had angry sex) for 3 hours from midnight to 3 am. The walls were so thin it was like we were in the same room with them. Aside from losing 3 hours of sleep that we really needed, it was scary and traumatic, to say the least. If I had small children with me, we would’ve had to leave in the middle of the night (I almost did anyway). I wish I had spent the extra money and just stayed in a house. Lesson learned. We won’t be coming back here.
