Worse house we have ever rented. This home needs to be taken off market. DO NOT RENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We had to remove all of the comforters off of the beds and place them over there furniture because the furniture was so dirty and gross. There’s something broken in every single room, extremely dirty, dishwasher didn’t work which is a concern on how the the dishes are bein washed. We decided not to even use anything inside of the house. This home is an extremely bad shape. It needs to be taken off the market. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, the smell is unbearable.

Laundry was good, Kitchen adequate, was missing a can opener. Bought one and left it there.Bathrooms were a disappointment. Leaky shower, non -draining sink, sent you pictures while there.Suggest you have several plumbing issues as communicated while there.

There were so many problems with this home from leaking pipes,mold in cabinets, shower floor cracked leaking all over the floor. Every bathroom had a problem wall paper coming off the walls. Many broken items in the rental. I reached out they wanted to send someone over on Thanksgiving to correct issues. We refuse why ruin their Thanksgiving. We Waited days for the owner to come up with a compensation they offered 150. I accepted with the hope they would close the rental down & correct issues before someone get seriously hurt. My daughter n law sprang her ankle getting out of the shower. Were the water leaked on the floor & the shower door jamed. She had to climb out over the toilet. Worst trip ever.

The location was perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the layout of the house worked really well for us, with the kids in the front bedrooms and the adults enjoying some quiet in the back

Great Stay!

We had a great time! It was an amazing location right by the beach. The kids loved being close enough to walk to the beach and also having the option to cool off in the pool. We had an issue the first night but it was very quickly taken care of by the hosts. There was a few things we wished would have been cleaned a tad bit better and the shower water took a bit of getting used to. However, overall it was a perfect getaway with both fun and relaxation!!

Beautiful home. Spacious with convenience items we needed to cook as we chose to. Comfortable beds really enjoyed the swimming pool on the property. We had little ones and it was more convenient than beach. A comfortable walking distance to the beach is five minutes from home

Upon arrival, the kitchen's aesthetic was immediately striking, featuring beautiful wallpaper that caught the eye. The high ceilings contributed to a sense of spaciousness, complemented by ample seating throughout the property. We appreciated the generous storage and the inclusion of numerous amenities. The provision of laundry detergent, an abundance of trash bags, and basic food items such as sugar and coffee were particularly thoughtful.Unfortunately, we did observe a few German roaches during our stay. Their limited presence suggests that regular pest control measures are in place. We encountered a minor inconvenience with a broken can opener. Additionally, the mattress in the bedroom we occupied was firmer than preferred, and the curtains allowed a significant amount of light to enter the room at night. While blackout curtains would enhance the sleep environment, we recognize that they may not align with the overall design aesthetic.The water pressure could have been improved, and the water had a noticeable ocean scent. However, this may be typical for beach houses in the area.

Great House

This was a great property for our stay in TX. Lots of couch room, beds and nice kitchen. The large patio had plenty of seating and good view of the neighborhood. The only thing we had an issue with was the front door handle. It was difficult to lock and the inside handle felt like it was loose. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay!

Nice house- not a nice stay

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found evidence of a persistent German cockroach infestation, the washing machine contained a load of musty, mold–covered laundry, the toilets struggled to flush properly, and the tap water had a pronounced metallic, rust‑like odor, making showers unpleasant.

Refreshing

The property is well kept and decorated well. Although our party of two was fine for us we will try in the future to bring our extended family. The place will be great for that. Near the beach for the kids and close to the jetty for fishing.

fishing trip

It was a great spacious rental house near the jetty where we fished each day. The house was nice and great for a family plus rental. had no issues. I just wish there were more kitchen size trash bags other than the one in the trash can
