The beach really was 120 steps away!!! Games books and movies for all ages. Tvs all over. Bathrooms were great! Beds were great. The comforter was too big to put in a pillowcase, I hope she understands The home is beautiful and decorated beautifully. We had everything we could want. We brought our own food in. The rules are easy to understand and follow. I hope we go again. LOVED IT!!!!

The location is amazing, the house, not so much! We had a wonderful time, the host was great, but the house was in rough shape. Very dark, and puzzle pieced together. When it rained, water poured in through the fireplace and we had to use trash cans to try and keep floors dry.

We enjoyed the stay at Kismet. The beach house was close to the beach. That made it easy to go to and return home with ease. The house itself was nice and as pictured. There was a good view of the ocean from the deck. The beds were comfortable. At the end of our stay, we were pleased to have chosen this property! Thank you Kismet.

Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. A large table for eating and playing games. Spiral staircase indoors connecting to lower-level bedroom was a hit with the kids. SO CLOSE to the beach. We'd go up and make our beach-picnic lunch and let the kids eat on the sand. Super convenient,and they loved it.

The house was great! A little quirky with rooms but we had many choices. We only had a problem with the bathroom next to the living room. The cold wasn’t working and we could not use only hot water. But we were able to use another bathroom! An easy fix I’m sure! Very very wonderful! Very pretty house!

Property was great had more stuff supplied than I expected from staying in other places...the stair railing was wobbly and there were some any around sink behind the faucet.....and we had to wash anything we used cause dishes well pans for sure we're not clean.....but everything else was great!!!

Family celebration

This property was a great location. Great views and short walk to beach. The house is older but was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable, best I have experienced at a rental. There were plenty of indoor activities offered for those rainy days or just needing a break from the sunshine and heat. Plenty of room to move around. I loved the spiral staircase!

This is literally steps from the beach, it has everything that you need inside as well as a fabulous porch that looks out over ocean. If you are looking for some place to stay that is convenient, clean and plenty of space, Kizmet is your place.

Great location

Overall, our visit was great. The location was perfect and the host communicated with great instructions and updates. The house was stocked with dishes needed for cooking and a new grill available. There are board games, beach toys, towels and umbrellas if it rains. The house is nicely stocked for comfort. There is plenty of room for a large family although the top floor bedrooms are very small, just room enough for a bed and dresser. The house is cute however, it is in dire need of renovations.

We Had An Awesome Time Again At Kizmet!

We had an awesome time again staying at the Kizmet beach house. We had 4 generations staying in the house just a few feet from the beach. Everything we needed for cooking was there available to us including a washer and dryer and charcoal barbecue grill. We can't wait to go again.

Great location, walking distance to beach. We really loved packing up our car and driving the beaches! Still quite a bit of clean up being done due to recent storms but that didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves!

Great little beach house

The house was perfectly sized for our families (6 adults, 4 kids). There are two bedrooms on the main floor (a master with an en suite bath and another room with a queen bed), as well as another full bath directly outside the queen bedroom. There was also another bedroom downstairs with a king bed, as well as two daybeds that pull out to king beds. This area was perfect for the older kids, as they felt like they had their own private area of the home to hang out in. There is a half-bathroom downstairs as well, so our older kids were able to stay up later without having to worry about waking anyone up upstairs! It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, as well as a beach access road for driving onto the beach. Overall, it was perfectly suited for our multi-family vacation.

Our Favorite Place

We love this property and try to book it anytime we are at Surfside. The host is very responsive, the house is always very clean / well stocked, and you are a short walk to both the Beach and the Seahorse restaurant. Highly recommended this charming / quirky beach home!
