"Across from Portland’s flatiron building in the arts district, the condo is centrally located. Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning. "Steve and Kristen are amazing hosts with an amazing property that is so close to the airport, Old Port, shopping, restaurants, drugstore, grocery store. We were able to walk for shopping and eating and not have to worry about parking our car. The apartment is beautifully done, very well appointed with all you will need. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend. "
