"Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

"Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. "

"This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.

"This home was a fantastic base for our weekend in Pittsburgh! The location is unbeatable—super close to local entertainment and great restaurants. We especially appreciated the ample parking, which can be hard to find in the city. Inside, the house is incredibly spacious with plenty of games, making it the perfect spot to relax and spend quality time together. Our host was wonderful—very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!"
