"Good stay "

"Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

"We had such a great experience! The house was brand new, looking and smelling fresh and clean. The beds and couches were so comfortable, we found ourselves commenting on them the whole stay. It was very spacious and it had all we needed, including all the cooking essentials. We were traveling with a toddler and this place had some great accommodations including the high chair, pack and play, books, and toys! The large hot tub was a nice treat on a chilly evening. The lake views were breath...

"The house is just beautiful - comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO...

"Cute little apartment located in the heart of ludington, close to shops and restaurants. Linda was super helpful and quick with responses. It was a great stay for New Years Eve, but wouldnt have stayed for New Years day since none of the shops were open. "

"The host made the trip, we had a furnace failure and couldn't make our date. She arranged for us to come the next weekend, no extra cost. Outstanding!!! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable.The only downside is the bartender at the bar across the street rides a Harley and leaves at 2:30am, no fault of the host. We had a great stay."

"Host was very flexible and welcoming. Amenities were great we didn't have to bring a thing. Family was very happy with the very large house which gave them their privacy. Gorgous outdoor views. Can't wait for a return trip Happy happy!"

"Upon entering you feel like you’re right at home. Fully equipped Kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped as well . The house is very spacious and pet friendly. There is a dog park where your fur babies can run leash free just a mile down the road. We are looking to see when to rebook for next year!! Beautiful home you will not be disappointed! Plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance."

"Staff great. Air conditioner remote doesnt work. Carpet dirty..socks ,feet become dirty..could use a chair in the bedroom...and another light in the dark living room. I enjoyed the location and felt safe....other than seeing men pee at nite against the back and side building's."
