The staff were quite nice and accommodating, however, we booked this hotel for the pool and it was grimmy and dirty. I realized I should if read the reviews before booking. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel seems like a great thing till your trying to sleep and you can hear everything.

I don't nirmally do reviews but i had to for here. It is clean but it doesn't get any updates and everything is old. The shower makrs s horrible noise and the showerhead is so old and made of plastic it literally was falling apart. I used the old microwave and it was literally shorting out and smelt like it was burning, and the bedding was damp, it wasnt fully dry but made the beds anyways. I booked on expedia which was $126 a night including tax so i shouldn't expect a beautiful place but apon checkout the price was $177, so dont trust expedia and even tho i showed the front desk person my phone with price i booked she said "you will have to argue with expedia, we charge $177". So for that price yes i would expect a much nicer hotel with updates in the last 20 years!

Good value. Overall it was great. Can be a little noisy if you stay on the pool side, but not too bad.

My room was actually quite dirty. The shower wasn't clean and the mirrors were dirty. Additionally, a lot of kids were running around yelling and screaming after 10pm. However, staff was very nice and I enjoyed the restaurant.

Property offers a unique experience. Layout and format of hotel is unique compared to others. However, this hotel is showing its age and the property and hotel could be better maintained.

Seems to be in need of a reno, when you compare the price to places in the same range, I admit I expected more. Not to mention to still be functioning like we’re still in a lockdown is simply weird and cheap. Even some of the hotels in lockdown have some kind of in room breakfast.

Bathtub was full of mildew, Only one roll of toilet paper in 1st room. I was upgraded to Business Class, in that room there was a pool of dirty dried up coffee under the microwave, an old coffee bag still in coffee perculator, the air vent grill ready to fall off hanging by unscrewed screws. I took several pictures and am strongly considering sharing my experience on social media. I expect a call from management to discuss and anticipate to come to a satisfactory resolution.

We had a room right off of the pool, i have an 8 year old son, we thought this would work out good, we came back to our room at 8 p.m. pool was open until 10. a group of 10 or so teenagers was screaming and hollering in the pool area until it closed, the noise was so bad :( then our toilet would start running every 5 min all night long, kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors up until1am. the hotel itself was ok its run down but not bad was clean, but it was sooo noisy unfortunatelyi wont be back, i have a special needs son that has a hard time sleeping anyways but with the noise he had no chance of sleeping.

Nice property. Could use some updating. Pool &. Hot tub area was nice. Pool was warm. Bed was comfortable. Walls a little thin & we had an outside view which it seemed people smoking different things came in. No real complaints. Stayed for sporting event.

The room was unkept, pictures on wall were dirty, mold in bathroom, dirty old carpet. Hair all over bathroom and on sheets. We left a day early. Staff were not friendly. Pool was dirty I got in and immediately got out. Hot tub was filthy, as soon as the jets went off all the dirt and hair swirled around. Needless to say I got out. People were smoking pot right outside entrance.

At one time it was probably a nice place with the center court with the pool and oases theme. The bathroom had mold by the tub and floor, the railing on our balcony was ready to fall off, only one vending machinein the place, out of order. The carpet on the floor was discusting. A good clean wouldnt have hurt. The room did have a fridge and microwave which a lot of hotels are removing theses days. Wouldnt recommended for a family.

The rooms certainly need updating. Many of the walls in our room had marks on them, and the walls in the bathroom had dirty spattered on them. The corner of the box spring was torn apart. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. There were no towels available when we went to the pool area, so we had to use our own, which was one for the entire stay. The bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain should have been changed. We wish there was breakfast included with our stay. We wish the bar in the pool area was open.

Very disappointed in our stay. There was sketchy individuals which made ourselves and the children uncomfortable as the followed you around and spoke nonsense. Our smoke free room had a very strong odor of smoke. The property is becoming very rundown. Woke up at 5am to the smell of Marijuana coming in the room through the vent. We have been staying there for many years for our Easter holidays and this will be our last.
